Lemon Heights Inn

I had stayed here once a number of years ago and had thought back then that the property was acceptable but nothing too special. Things have changed. My recent stay was excellent. The rooms have been thoughtfully remodeled and everything was very clean and in great condition. I recommend this property. It's conveniently located and offered excellent value.

This was my first time staying at a motel, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly. The location was also a huge plus—it’s conveniently located right off the highway and just a short drive from Disneyland, the beach, malls and food. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again.

Super clean, comfortable and nice amenities (soaps, nice towels) and super convenient right off freeway. The best $100 hotel we’ve stayed at and better than many others that are even $150+

Affordable and had everything we needed! Pool was well-kept, AC ran well all night, and room had amenities such as microwave, coffee maker, and a hair dryer. Only con was noise of traffic at night from freeway, but not big deal.

The room was clean and the stay was pleasant

Check-in was quick and easy and front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and felt new. The entrance and bathroom had tile flooring and the bedroom had carpeting, the way rooms should be. The shower had strong pressure and plenty of hot water and the towels were new and plush. The area is safe and walkable with Denny's, Wendy's, Taco Bell and del Taco next door or nearby. Overall Lemon Heights is an easy 5-star in its price range. I highly recommend.

Great hotel, will come again!

The woman at the front desk checking us in had absolutely no hospitality or customer service skills- same deal when checking out. The rooms are really, really small with no closet or dresser for your clothes so you’re in tight quarters living out of a suitcase. Good location, though, right off the freeway and a straight shot to the beach if you decide to make time for that. Within walking distance of downtown Tustin, too.

This was a surprise find, after I needed to find a room in Tustin/Irvine area for family for a medical appointment nearby. It was very clean and the air conditioning was the type that allowed for us to keep it on overnight in dehumidifier mode on low fan speed, which made the room comfortable without it being too cold. The low fan speed also made a quiet white noise the was calming, and helped make it a very good place to rest and sleep after the medical appointment. The price was a super value considering the good location and comfortable room.

Great staff, nice little hotel

Freeway noise and staff not very friendly as most are not well trained to respect or appreciate their customers more who pay for their income sadly. Otherwise convenient and well maintained. Wish more hanging hooks or closet area for clothes.
