We enjoyed our stay staff was so helpful when we needed something beds very comfortable very clean. Would go there again. Breakfast was good wish they had a waffle maker that would make it amazing.

Extremely clean rooms ands hallways. No smoking in hotel which made it even cleaner. Pillows were a little harder than we prefer but we managed. Easy to find location. Would definitely stay again

Right off the main loop of town. Staff all very friendly. We ran out of towels and we were going to have to wait as they were still washing them but then they got some out of the other rooms. We didn't even know it had a pool, fenced off but was able to sit out there before our event. Only wished there was a small end table on each side of bed so everyone could charge their own phones and have personal items like glasses close by.

Very nice rooms - clean, and the staff was helpful. However, we were awakened several times during both nights by the outside noise, ambulances, cars, thunder, people talking. It seems the windows and walls are a little thin.

1 night overstay going through town. Staff was friendly and room was very clean. Walking distance to BBQ. I had to pay extra for the fur baby and that was not on the info when booked. It just said pet friendly. The breakfast was VERY basic and passed.

But the one very disappointing thing was the breakfast. Only eggs and sausage were the hot options, but no condiments. Bread, muffins and cereal. No juice was available. Road traffic noise came through the windows more than I have experienced elsewhere. I typically will only consider hotels with a minimum rating of 8, so I would rate this an 8 but would recommend getting a room facing to the back side.

Ross was great! Room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and the beds were extremely comfortable. Conveniently located near everything in Tyler.

Very clean, easy parking, helpful staff, renovating and room was nice… missing ice bucket staff gave us one. No coffee maker in room so we had it with breakfast which was nice!
