.. It overwhelmingly smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. There were dead bugs all over the floor and mold all around the tub.

At this stay nothing There was mold on the ceiling of the room. The room smelled like mold. The bathtub took a long time to drain. Bugs were crawling on the floor.

Location of room was easy to find and go in and Out. Yogi was friendly and helpful. The outer door did not seal well. Refrigerator did not work. But we were gone all weekend in the area so we could not report til check out.

The front desk staff was great when I checked in. Bed was very comfortable. Nice showerhead and loved the bathroom vanity mirror lighting. The A/C unit in the room made loud, strange noises when it clicked on and off making it hard to fall asleep. Small gnats where in the room.

the air conditioner worked well & shower was warm water though the shower head was not very good broken toilet, knats, flies, & roaches in the room, dirty & smelly lobby, thin & lint covered towels, ice machine was filthy, seemed dirty in general, did not try the continental breakfast nor the pool, the doors seemed dingey and the entrances of the lobby and rooms were as well. The room though was said to be smoke free, smelled nasty and was NOT smoke free, plus there was some other smell, as well. I worried that the neighborhood and area in general was possibly un-safe. We asked for bug spray for our room-can was almost gone but before leaving for a few hours we sprayed it, some had died but there were replacements when we returned, along with actual flies and then before bedtime there were roaches but no more bug spray

I was refused service and they took my money and refused to refund me. I have been here before this and will not be coming back. Absolutely baffled by how rude they were this time around. I loved the property before this but stealing 100 dollars from me is insane.

I was very disappointed in my stay this time,we stay at la Quinta pretty often, and have stayed at this one a couple of times. Always been very clean. This time we walked in and a dead water bug/roach was laying on the floor dead, went to lay our stuff down and a live one was crawling on the floor, then when we were laying in bed there was one crawling on the wall above the window. It could have been a customer had some in there bags and they crawled out of there stuff. But needs to be taking care of. Other wise they will multiply fast. The stay was nice otherwise

The facility was informed that both my Dad and I were handicapped. We were given a non handicap room. No hand holds were in the bath and we were given a stepping tub not a walk+in shower. The door had a gap at the floor that a snake could have slithered through. The room at some point had been broken into. The door had been kicked in. The cleaning staff were great!! They were helpful, very friendly. The rooms were clean.

Nice stay but has to switch rooms due to stains on pillows and bed spreads. Staff was great tho. No swimming. The pool was closed, I chose this because it has a pool.

The staff was friendly. The pool was not available and I specifically chose that hotel to go by the pool! Then at night it sounded like motorcycles were constantly driving up and down the street very loud and annoying to the point we couldn't sleep!
