Arrived to check into rm 130. Disgusting! There was a whole McDoanlds bag underneath one of the queen beds and the sheets were dirty. Told the front desk then they moved us into rm 142. I had pictures for proof as well. Rm 142 had Condoms underneath the queen bed. The AC stopped cooling in the middle of the night. I guess it got frozen. Overall we are very disappointed in our stay. We payed money to at least have a decent room. All we know is we will not stay here again if we ever go back to Tyler. Our stay was for 2 adults 3 kids under 8. You may ask why didn’t we just get our money back? We drove a long way the last thing we wanted was to go out looking for a hotel late afternoon with 3 exhausted children.

The view from our room was of the top of the building. There were wires hanging down right outside of our window.

The room smelled bad and was old and musty needs an update. I started coming for work and have tried a few different hotels. I would love to come back to this one, but I couldn't get past the horrible room. The pool is Great and the Breakfast was great. The staff were amazing in the bar area and restaurant. Love the Karaoke. I did come back for dinner and Karaoke the next week.

I did not like that I chose this Hotel so I could watch the Soccer World Cup final in a Hotel Bar only to find out it is closed on Sunday. The next day it was open and the service was real bad. Room was very clean and comfortable.

As someone who is used to staying in upper scale hotels, I didn’t have any other option in the Tyler area so I booked this hotel. The property is dated, but very well maintained. The staff were excellent and the bar was lively and entertaining. I would stay again.

Everything was as it should be when your away from home. Bar was good company and the breakfast was on point.

The room was small, the refrigerator didn’t work, there was minimal toiletries and even though the bar was supposed to be open till 11pm they closed early because they “were slow” on Friday night. However the staff was very friendly and helpful, the bed was comfy and the breakfast was great.

I made a reservation for a handicap room because my husband is in a wheelchair. I was informed when we got there that the room was not available and there were no ADA rooms available. His wheelchair would not even fit into the bathroom. We were in town for my mother’s funeral and my husband wasn’t even able to shower!
