Everything was excellent!

We have stopped in Tyler many times on our way home. Up until now we have been disappointed with our options. This is where we will stay from now on.

This place was amazing thank you Karla & Christina for making our vacation memorable. Everything was near by, didn't have to drive far. The housekeeping ladies were amazing in cleaning our room. We had Everything we needed. We are definitely come back to this hotel the next time we come to Tyler Tx. Thank you for making everything memorable.

Comfortable bed. Refreshing pool. Clean. Breakfast was tastier than most average hotels. Wasn’t fond of the shampoo/conditioner, it dried out my hair. Would visit again!

I have stayed at this property for years every time I make a trip to Tyler. The staff is courteous and professional and goes out of their way to be helpful. Everyone I have encountered seems very customer-focused. I highly recommend this property when in Tyler.

This is a great hotel for the price. The rooms are clean. The pool is clean. The breakfast is good. The aesthetics of the property are nice. The check in was fast and the staff was very helpful.

Nice clean hotel and rooms. Helpful staff. Very good complimentary breakfast. If hotel becomes full or is hosting an event, parking may become a challenge. Overall, great stay!

Quiet, safe location and clean place to stay at a reasonable price.

On check in two of the staff members were very disrespectful to me and my family. Only when Armando Brito came in did the problem get resolved. He was totally respectful and professional. We also got stuck in an elevator, but we're quickly released because of the swift response to our call. The breakfast was excellent, fresh, and complete. It was very quite in the hotel, which is a plus. Overall our stay was good.

When we checking we were pleasantly surprised because we were asked which floor would be best for us. When we informed them that would were here for a family reunion they asked if we would be coming in late and leaving later in the morning. We said yes and they said that the 4th floor may be best since it has less families on that floor so early morning activities would not wake us. The room was perfect. When we went to the room the AC was one and the room was comfortable and the TV was on to the guide. IT was perfect. The breakfast was amazing.

Only gave a 4 for amenities because the pool wasn’t open two out of the 4 days we were there, but looked beautifully maintained. However, our room was perfect and the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating! We will be back!

Great staff and breakfast. Hotel pool was closed this visit for repairs sadly. Otherwise very good stay.

The new room was great and everything worked well. The breakfast was good each morning, with several hot options. We will likely stay there again when we are in Tyler. The manager's response was quick and efficient, as well as considerate. I only gave the property 4 stars because there was SO MUCH water on the floor... housekeeping should have noticed the leak when they were in the room, which would have prevented us having to pack up and move late at night.

My only complaint was that the mattress I slept on was worn down in the middle and made for a bad night. I just kept rolling in the middle no matter where I tried to sleep.
