The breakfast was great. Real eggs, not powder. Beds were comfortable. The pool wasn't open.

The air conditioning was not working in our room. I did not ask for another room because we got in late and had already unpacked before we realized the air conditioning was not cooling the room down. That’s on me for not requesting another room. But I’m not even sure they had another room - they seemed very full. The room temperature was barely tolerable. Had it been any warmer, I definitely would have said something. It wasn’t until the morning that we discovered the hair dryer wasn’t working either. So, those two issues left me less than satisfied with the stay. Other than that, it was a fairly typical stay at a low-mid budget hotel.

It was in the perfect location for food and shopping. I loved how it was tucked behind all the noise of traffic and everything but so close to anything I needed.

Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.

Sleep Inn was a comfortable hotel. It was quiet, which is the MAIN thing I look for in a hotel. I like the hotel feel and not the "motel" feel of some hotels. The front desk staff was very accommodating during check-in, during my stay, and at check-out. When I need a quick stayover or even longer trips when I come to Tyler, I will stay at Sleep Inn.
