Great location with great staff and amenities

3rd floor ice maker didn't work for two of the three days stay. TV guide sucks only shows channel name - not what's playing. Pool should open earlier for exercise folks. 10 is late...Otherwise fantastic location and great staff.

Clean and comfy room! Plenty of room and I loved the walk-in shower. The free breakfast was very good as well.

It was so good to be at this hotel again. But it’s not compare with last time . The breakfast had an hard boiled eggs too old and sour to taste. The amenities were empty but staff was excellent to provide us right away. If we have an opportunity to be back in town, we will be at this hotel again.

The best night sleep that I've had in ages! Clean room and bathroom. Friendly staff. Next time I'm in Tyler, this is where I'll stay. Thanks!

overall my stay was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. My bedside lamp did not seem to work. there was another set of outlets behind it, but I was not able to get them to work either. This did not have a major impact on my stay just wanted to let you know.
