Comforts of the room Deposit was required after paying for the room

No breakfast, only coffee. Didn’t have the room I reserved. No house keeping service. Very odd put trash and dirty towels in hallway for service procedure which wasn’t explained. Had to purchase pillows for comfort.

The property was great and easy to access It was a great stay in until we ended up with fleas after washing clothes. We got our room cleaned twice but had no open availability to change rooms so we left. Unable to get remaining of my bill back. I will not be staying here again.

Young lady helped accommodation needs with kids . Reuse of dishwashing liquid bottles asking the guests not to throw away & lack of towels.

The kitchenette was nice to have. Kitchenette seemed to be cleaned. Room was very worn. Carpet was worn down to concrete, bed was not comfortable, to soft. Room smelled musky.

It was a last min decision to stay fit baseball tournament and it wasn’t bad but wasn’t 5 star by any means

Evening check in staff (Jasmine) is super nice and helpful. Wish all were like her. Morning staff had Fox News on the flat screen constantly in the entryway. I prefer my hotels without regime propaganda.

The 1st night Jasmine was the absolute best but the next morning Gina was very rude and she is the reason we will never book there again. I completely understand people have bad days but you don’t stare at your guest and act like you do not see them. If I’m going to spend money for the weekend I will be going to a place with great customer service.

This is my home away from home when I am in Tyler. It is safe, clean, quiet, convenient, lots of restaurants in walking distance. The linens are clean, white and fluffy. The bed is comfortable. the water is hot. the ac is cool and the tv works correctly. I didn't have a towel bar or a hook in my room 410.

The evening shift guy was so nice and very knowledgeable. He and all the staff did a great job to make you feel safe and comfortable.

Staff was very welcoming. Hotel Needs To Be Updated. The Carpet In The Room Was Dirty, The Bathtub Needed To Be Resurfaced. The Bathroom Drawer Handles Are Rusted, Plumbing In Bathroom Is Bad.

The staff were very professional and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. The microwave in my suite didn't work and I had to report it to the staff, as well as the coffee machine in the suite. Fortunately there's a 24 hour coffee machine downstairs in the snack area. Also in my suite 2 of the free products, (Dove body wash and Dove Hair Conditioner) were empty when I went to take a shower. I also had to report and ask for those items.
