Everything was great only exception was no free breakfast or parking.

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Hot shower was not really "hot"....and took several minutes to reach warm stage.

The beds were deplorable. Well suited for roadside motels at best. Just awful. Toilet was so low it would have made a good potty chair for a child. This was a ADA room that was not in reality a room for the disabled. Shame on you.

A perfect choice for our anniversary/birthday. Wonderful staff. The breakfast was amazing and so much better than the free ones, but quite reasonably priced. We loved being right by the Tyler walking trail and close to all other things we planned.

Property is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They had dinner service while I was there as well as a really nice breakfast. Highly recommend this property.

The original room should have never been available to use with that stench. The carpets need to be ripped out. If you are going to allow dogs in your rooms, you should have solid surface flooring in those rooms to prevent this. The bartender was very nice, but the price of food and drinks are ridiculous.

The front desk people are amazing. Especially the night shift lady, she is something special. The lighting in bathroom is horrible. I can't see at all

Stayed on the first floor, extremely loud, neighboring room had tv turned up as high as it would go all night, upstairs room had crying baby you could here clear as day, people outside room all night long you could hear.

Very helpful staff. I arrived in town early and they got me checked in as quickly as possible. Convenient location. I can’t comment to their restaurant as I did not try it, but Bernard’s is only about a 10 minute walk away and it was as fine a restaurant as I have eaten anywhere.
