Had a great stay. Very clean. Great options for breakfast. Easy to get too.

The room was clean and staff was nice and helpful. The air conditioning was great and parking lot was small but easy to park and no fees. I didn't like how small the pool was and it was very cold. My grand kids were freezing. I didn't like the options on the tv. There was nothing on cable for the kids to watch. On Cartoon network and Disney channel and the shows were weird and not interesting. There were NO options to watch your own streaming services which I've never had from a hotel. So, the kids were very bored which made the experience frustrating. Breakfast was ok the 1st stay but the next morning it was worse. The waffles keep sticking on EVERYONE. The griddles were turned up too high or something and cooking to fast. The sausages and potatoes were good but the eggs seemed to be from a box or something (horrible, not scrambled AT ALL).

The room was clean and smelled good upon entry. The Ac worked real good. The temperature of the shower water can be hotter. Need painting in the bathroom on the ceiling. Looked like mildew spots. Need some updating. Toilet seat was loose but I tighten it.

your website said you could save time on check in if you fill out a form online it did not help. everything had to be repeated at the desk no time save. room had hole in wall and missing full size mirror

The young man who checked us in was very approachable & polite. He explained things clearly and he smiled all through our interaction. He seems to enjoy his work and that great attitude just put me at ease. He still has no way of knowing how much he helped us. No troubles

I chose this locate becasue it was close to the wgere i want to go . The only string thing was the tv would go off and not let us wacth after one oclock am but be back on the next morning atound 7 am they also never came and clean our room i was there on a two day stay. Had to go ask for towels on second day.
