Very clean, was able to check in a little early. Mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and was gifted a handwritten congratulations card, so thoughtful of the staff on duty. Overall wonderful stay!

Almost spotless hotel, and I am a clean freak!! Even down to thresholds at entrances. Pool was very nice, and I had it all to myself. The best location in Tyler, by mistake we went to wrong location and was SOoo happy it was not our Fairfield!! Stayed 5 nights, staff knew us by name and watching them they worked excellent as a Team!! Came to Tyler to pick up horses, and will definitely recommend this hotel to others!!
