    We enjoyed our stay very much!! Our room was fresh & cleaned & was just lovely & spacious. They are doing renovations so there was a good amount of things happening with that & the pool was closed because of that but it really didnt affect our stay. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

    My biggest takeaway from my stay was two things. The first thing that I noticed was no one asked me for my Hilton's rewards number. I am a member and I love staying at Hilton, but after my check and I realized that I wasn't asked was I a member. Unfortunately I did not receive any of the perks that Hilton rewards members get for my stay. The next day I went to front desk to tell them that I was rewards member when the staff just said, oh okay, and that was the end of the conversation about that. I asked the staff to help direct me to the ice machine on the main floor, because the ice machine on our floor which was the fourth floor was broken. The staff just told me down the hall. I had to walk around to try to find the ice machine, and while doing so I had to navigate through various debris and planks, and paint because it seems as if they're doing renovations there. The renovations are truly needed. Some of the furniture in our rooms had chips, like the paint was coming off. It just looks very old outdated, and I did not enjoy my experience. I am sure I won't be staying at that particular Hilton anymore.

    Bathroom was nasty, doesnt look like it had ever been cleaned. Dust everywhere. Mold in the closet. Pool was not open

    This hotel was very quiet! The breakfast was exceptional as well. I would recommend staying here if you are in Tyler.

    Wasn’t happy with it all. Will not be going back. They have remodeled and it is not good at all. The staff were rude and not helpful. The hotel floors were disgusting and overall hotel stunk.

    they are in the process of making improvements, but they really need to get the mold out of the shower. I LOVED having a shower vs. a tub. My room had plenty of hooks to hang towels, robe, jacket etc. LOVED that! The pool/spa was closed- website really needs to post when the pool is closed

    Property was Nice and very open to the shopping center. The Pool wasn't in used and didn't know until after checking in. But it was nice stay, until it was time to check out and the young lady behind the counter was very rude. The warm welcome that I received when checking in and leaving was very different.

    A/C did not cool room well. I ended up sleeping on the couch in front of A/C unit since the cool air was not getting to the end of the room where bed was located. Room needs a ceiling fan or better A/C unit.

    Don’t stay here until the renovations are complete. It’s like they gave up on caring for the rest of the rooms. The bedroom and bathroom were dirty. Subpar breakfast.

    Very nice accommodation. Although they had some construction happening it wasn’t disruptive. Breakfast is always a plus. Fresh coffee as well as several options to choose from.

    Very centrally located to EVERYTHING!!! Front Desk, Delilah (i believe that's how you spell her name) was AMAZING, UNDERSTANDING, AND CONSIDERATE!!!!

    Later, we were locked out for almost 1 hour due to a malfunctioning door and had to wait while my husband assisted the receptionist in opening it. We asked to be moved to avoid the issue happening again, but the only option was a downgrade, which we declined. The staff member became upset and even suggested the issue was our fault since I did not wanted the room from the beginning We were told maintenance could come after midnight, which was not reasonable. Despite other rooms being available, no proper solution was offered because we booked through a third party. What was most frustrating is that no one, including management, followed up with us the next day. Overall, poor service, lack of accountability, and no resolution. I would not stay here again.
