While some of the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful, the level of service wasn't consistent across the board. I was also disappointed to see a roach in the elevator, which raised concerns about cleanliness outside of the room. This wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed at, but with so many better options in the area, I'd probably stay somewhere else next time.

My only issue is that Mr. Court charged my card $40 for incidentals when I checked in. However, once we got to the room and were settling in, I got a phone call from someone saying I needed to come back downstairs and place a card on file for incidentals. I said ok and finished getting dressed even though I knew I’d already handled this. I didn’t rush because we were getting dressed for an event and I knew I’d handle it when we left. But when I opened the door to leave, a typed note had been left taped to my door for all to see saying that I needed to come put a card on file and that my room keys would be deactivated until I handled the matter. Very embarrassing!! When I got downstairs and inquired about the situation, I was told that it was a mistake and I was fine.
