This hotel is absolutely gorgeous,however I believe it might be an older hotel and might need some updates. Are room was nice but the bed was so uncomfortable and hard to sleep ,it was so lumpy it was like sleepy on a futon couch, the air conditioner made a loud noise all night and really didn’t keep the room cool so didn’t get much sleep. Also are shower curtain had not clean and had hair all over it.

I have already reached out to the hotels upper management about my stay. I was attacked by a huge cockroach. I thought the tag of my shirt was poking my neck but when I reached up my hand found a huge roach. My girlfriend screamed and freaked out. I immediately reported the incident to the manager at the front desk but instead of an apology I was accused of bringing the roach in with me. She handled the situation terribly. The only consolation was the Area Director of Operations Taskforce , Teresa , handled the situation with the upmost respect and the level professionalism one would expect from a representative of an establishment associated with the Marriott name.

The room wasn’t clean. Had to take pictures and show the lobby. The keys would quit working everyday had to get a new one. The laundry room wasn’t accessible unless you got the lobby person to let you in. The towels weren’t restocked everyday.

Great property , rooms clean and staff helpful. Only complaint was elevator and hallways were hot.

I booked 4 rooms due to the hotel having an indoor pool and my family and I were coming in to go to the zoo. When we arrived the front desk manager had allowed someone, I’m sure relative or friend, to rent one room and have a child’s birthday party at the pool. Needless to say the pool area and hot tub were unusable because of the 30 people attending the party. Front desk were rude and not helpful.
