Everything about this hotel was great cleanliness staff and food. There was a pool but we did miss it

Everything was great. The valet parking caught us by surprise because we've stayed here a few times and there was no valet parking then. The A/C in the room was not cold enough. We had it down on 65 but it was still reading 71. It was a little uncomfortable and we notified front desk when we checked out. Other than that it was a great stay.

Hotel and staff were great as always. However, I don’t suggest utilizing the room service if you’re short on time. Took over 30 minutes just to have a couple glasses of wine delivered.

The valet parking was a big hassle for us cause we own a really low sports car and the structure of the car parking garage is impossible not to damage the vehicle.

This hotel was impressive. Can’t think of a negative thing. The room itself was nicely decorated and practical. The bar restaurant was what we hoped for. Good food and drink, good bartender and service. No annoying noises to be heard at all. solidly built. I recommend you staying here.

The hotel was clean and was located near the Metro which made it convenient to get to and from Washington DC .

The rooms were clean and well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. (Although ours was missing a flat sheet on the first night) The bathroom was clean and bright. The see through bathroom door was not a good design decision

Our bedsheets felt a little moist, so we called them to change them. They came with 20 mins to make sure we had clean, dry sheets. They also gave us a small champagne bottle for my husband’s birthday.
