Great stay, very nice hotel

We have come here 3 years in a row to celebrate our anniversary, the hotel has never disappointed us. It's always great to see some of the same face and get to meet new people. Very relaxing stay. Will be back new year! If not sooner.

Hands down, my favorite hotel! So much to do in the area and the rooms are awesome. The breakfast is absolutely the best I've ever had at any hotel. My go to hotel whenever I'm in the area.

We enjoyed ourselves and our weekend getaway

They checked on me the whole week to make sure I was ok. Some how my cc was not added and they let me know and never bugged me once. I went and gave them my card and met the manager and another staff member they were also very nice it was in my check out day. They mad sure my room was clean for me made sure I had clean towels they went above and beyond to make comfortable. I have to talk about the parking garage by far the cleanest I've ever seen. It smelled like clean soap everytime I parked. The breakfast in the morning amazing too. 10 stars for this place

Rooms are well cleaned breakfast can be skipped for local brunch gems.

The room was spacious and clean. The food was delicious.

My stay was to celebrate my anniversary. Overall is my was a wonderful stay. The room was a nice size and we lived the view. We also loved how it was a mini apartment with kitchen and living room quarters divided. The downfall to the room was there was blood on our wall and something else in the bathroom a lil dirty. The room appeared clean but had these issues with the cleanliness. We reported it as soon as we saw it and they sent someone to clean it and we worked with the manager to get an appropriate conversations for the inconvenience. The options for food were amazing. Love the fact you can get complementary breakfast every morning. All in all the stay was great and we would go back. Just the one issues with the room.

Well kept and upscale. Plenty to do and eat! No need to leave the property.

Hans down we will be back! We have officially made this our staycation spot! Everything was so nice and the staff we encountered were beyond nice and accommodating! The perch was amazing and having live bands daily/nightly such a great touch

Access was easy

Quiet, clean and well located, our stay was exceptional. A nice complementary breakfast awaited us each morning, a Wegman’s grocery downstairs, an exceptional Japanese restaurant onsite and easy access to the metro a few steps from the hotel. My family loved The Watermark Hotel.

The Watermark Hotel was amazing. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Then even upgraded our room because it was our Anniversary. The room was very spacious and clean. The location was very convenient as well.

Going to DC or Baltimore for a vacation, this is the hotel!!! Extremely clean, very spacious, hotel staff 10/10. Highly recommend

The hotel was beautiful, but the balcony was covered in bird poop and house keeping wouldn't clean it. Everything else was pretty great. I would say that the rooms are MUCH smaller than in the pictures and that the hotel staff need to do better in informing their guests of when and how to use the amenities.

The Watermark Hotel is where you’d want to stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff is welcoming, professional and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast with the many selections. It wasn’t crowded. This stay was a pleasant experience and we can’t wait to stay again!

My stay was great, as usual. It has become my go to hotel when in the DC area. I appreciate the breakfast, but the food could have been heated more. I will use more of the amenities next time.
