Very confusing from the front desk rep about parking!! No where for smokers out the cold to sit

It was our anniversary, and this is the first time visiting a Watermark location and we were very impressed. The pet friendly aspect was very impressive we brought our dog and he was welcomed with open arms. We will definitely return.

Nothing Extremely disappointing experience — definitely not worth the price For a hotel charging such a high price, the lack of room service and housekeeping was extremely disappointing and, in my opinion, not acceptable. When I made the booking, the only special request I made was for a crib for my baby. I arrived at around 10 PM to check in, only to find that the crib had not been provided. When I requested it, I was initially told that they would not be able to provide one. After a lot of discussion and frustration, the crib was finally delivered to my room almost two hours later. This was a very unpleasant way to start our stay, especially when it was the only request I had made in advance. Things got even worse the following day. At around 1 PM, I was suddenly disturbed by massive construction-like noise coming from inside the room. When I called the hotel to complain, I was told that there was an HVAC room inside my room and that this was the source of the noise. This was honestly unbelievable and completely unacceptable for a hotel room, particularly at this price point. Overall, this was a very poor experience and a complete waste of money. The service, responsiveness, and overall experience were nowhere near what I would expect from a hotel charging this much. I would never stay here again, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Beautiful hotel. My stay was amazing! Breakfast was so good. Only downfall was the issue with the elevator. By the end of my stay it was only one of four working.

Hotel was very nice but 3 out of 5 elevators were down the whole weekend leaving you waiting for a minimum 5 minutes each time you wanted to leave, assuming you could actually press the screen and choose your floor when it would get queued up from other people. For a hotel with 25 floors i would assume this would be a higher priority.

Always stay here. Breakfast has good options.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Watermark for the first time for my birthday weekend. The staff was exceptionally helpful and the customer service is beyond excellent. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job cleaning our room and took extra care that we were able to notice. The property is beautiful and the suite that we had was amazingly spacious. The best property we've ever stayed at, and we stay at some very nice properties. Overall, the amenities, the attractions around, and even the Metro station directly across the street make this hotel, one of the best in the area. The views are absolutely amazing, and if you stay here, definitely go to the 25th floor where the gym is, because you will love working out and looking at that views. We will definitely be staying here again!!!!
