Home away from home

Beds were absolutely terrible! They were nothing more than springs with a tad bit of cushion. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, but the showerhead was really dirty. The traffic on the road was nonstop throughout the night.

It was okay

The staff were friendly. room smelled so bad, like smoking, burned holes in blankets from smoking, dirty stains in blankets, dirty stains on curtains, dirty stains on shower curtains, dirty mirror. loud noise level, cracking walking sounds from guests above us. loud music until 4am, had to complain twice.
-
It was a nice place staff was not very friendly but did their job made us come back at 3 pm to check in or pay extra

My friend and I needed a place to sleep before a bike race the next day. Nothing more, nothing less. The room was clean and basic. The beds were comfortable. The price seemed right for what we got. Nothing, really. It is right next to the freeway, with on and off ramps, but inside the room, the noise wasn't bad.

It was quiet and clean

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable but they only give you a sheet so it felt pretty cold at night. I get that it is Ukiah and gets really hot in the summer, but it was cold in the morning. The price was very reasonable for what you get. The location was not the best, right next to a freeway. The policies for the hotel are wildly strict. No visitors and they make you double confirm how many people are staying. The person right next door was being kicked out because he had had visitors. I don't have all the information about why he was removed but there was knocking at his door at 7:30 am by the staff. It was hard to get any sleep after that.

Easy check in Maids started loudly talking across the parking lot and cleaning and vacuuming neighboring rooms at 7:30 am, which woke me and prevented me from going back to sleep. Check out is at 11:00, mind you. Also, the bedding was terrible—3/10 for the bedding.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean and appeared to be well taken care of. The bed was comfortable and felt clean.

The owners are very friendly and I've stayed there before and I really like the place

We came in from camping so the shower, microwave and small refrigerator were much appreciated. The air conditioning during the day and the heat during the night were welcomed. Needed an ADA room so I could shower. I booked an ADA room but my room had a normal bathtub with no seat. Had to have my granddaughter help me so I didn't slip. Could only get a half hour when I asked to check out an hour later. Had to call the office on my cell phone, the phone in the room did not work.

The location Need to get a longer shower curtain. Water leaked out of the shower and onto the floor to the sink. Other than that we’ll be back

After being banned from motel 6 and the super 8 motels due to bringing I'll advised female guests to my room, this place took me in, gave me no trouble and I gave them no trouble in return. I appreciated their low room rates.

Convenient location and affordable and quiet and clean Small parking lot

Room was clean. But the staff! He told me more than 5 times while checking in no pets or smoking. Like I get it. I don’t have a pet and will smoke outside. Then this old man clearly part of staff would stare at me. A lot! I finally confronted him and he said nothing. Not sure he understood English. Then while in the pool the lady came out all mad asking if we had a dog cause she heard barking which we didn’t. They were excessively over seeing us!

Clean room, good parking, nice .staff

Price is good. Clean. Staff is nice. Always stay here when I go to Ukiah. I liked it cause it was quiet and out of the way. Now it's full of weeklies. The guy next door kept bumming cigarettes, even going as far as knocking on my door. The website states a hot tub and free breakfast. They have neither of these.
