Parking was good, breakfast was decent for continental style breakfast. Only issue was toilet was leaking on floor when flushed.

Everything good but my card got charged twice once from booking and the other charge from their hotel so thats not good

Comfortable, clean, quiet, quick staff check in. Peeling paint in shower, dark hallway

1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again.

The room was clean and adequate… we showed up for breakfast at 9:30 with a 10 o’clock finish and everything was eaten, except for a couple sweet rolls. All the eggs and bacon were done.

As usual, our room was clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the sofa/seating area as our great grandson visited and was able to play with his new toy comfortable. Only downside is that the pool is no longer there, which was a surprise on check in. We had specifically looked forward to using the pool. All else as perfect as previous stays.

Nice location I’ve been staying at comfort Inn every time I come into town Dirty sofa bed pieces of what looked like bacon on the actual bed itself crumbs everywhere if you look back at room 219 it’s probably still there. Used piece of soap from previous guest in bathroom.

Location, value, staff, good breakfast, good rates. The bathroom was run down and had a strong moldy smell.

Nice and clean. Super friendly staff. Our major complaint was the AC. It needed to be on since it was such a hot day. It was terribly loud throughout the night. Woke up numerous times because of the sound.

We usually stay at the Hampton Inn down the street which I prefer for the following reasons. The mattresses at Comfort Inn are basic. I have a chronic pain condition so I prefer higher quality mattress. For the average person I think that mattress would be comfortable, I unfortunately did find the mattress comfortable. The water for a bath does not get hot. I usually have to take baths to manage pain. The water only gets warm which I had forgotten until I tried to take a hot bath again. Unfortunately; that is the reason I probably will not book here again. The breakfast is also pretty limited, but better then nothing for a business traveler. Overall I think it is a good value for the price for the average traveler. For me with special needs it doesn't quite meet the standard.

The room was quiet and you couldn’t hear others. The bed was very comfortable. Having breakfast with many options was great. The tv had a few issues and they are in need of room remodeling and updates. Staff was kind at front desk.

My wife and myself enjoy sitting outside in a shaded area around the hotel, unfortunately there wasn’t any and the pool area was filled in with cement.

The staff was amazing. Also, the location is great and the check-in process was seamless. I also appreciate the comfort of the beds in the Comfort Suites. There was no coffee out l the coffee machine was not working, and the pot of coffee was empty both times that I went. breakfast area small; too many tables we were all bumping into each other. And the carpet in the room was dirty- socks were black
