SureStay Hotel by Best Western Ukiah

The front desk staff was great! But the ice machine was broken the A/C in the room didn't work. I asked for the room the be cleaned they never came in to clean it. It was all about all about location why we stayed. The breakfast definitely wasn't a best western breakfast,but had coffee & toast and bagels. So that was nice. To me a little to pricey would look at different offers next time.

I'm not sure how this place had such good ratings. I booked a room and did not realize it was a "smoking" room. Is that even a THING anymore? anyway I can NOT be in a smoking room due to health reasons. The motel was not fully booked. I asked to be moved. The girl said she cant move the room in the system for some reason. I decided to try the room. WOW that was terrible and I have no idea how anyone sleeps in there. I only opened the door a second. Punched in the face with Old smoke. I went back and let her know I can not stay in that room. She did end up finding a way to get me into another one. I know she was doing her best. the room was not terrible. The location was very loud and constant banging around me. The "breakfast" was pitiful. A few bagel toast options. Some instant oatmeal and coffee. The entire property smelled like cigarettes and looked unkept. The dried up water fountain outside and zero landscaping was sad. I would never stay again. I could have stayed at a motel 6 and saved the money. The value was the same.

SureStay Best Western in Ukiah, Ca. - This is a nice little hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Room had a mini fridge that actually worked pretty good. Plenty of parking, staff was nice. A wall mounted AC/heater that worked pretty good. Basic TV channels. The shower had some seriously good water pressure too. Plenty of parking. Over all a nice experience over a period of 4 days. The only reason I gave them 4 stars - the breakfast was basically, bagles, cold cereal or eggo waffles with juice or coffee, I feel that is pretty much the bare minimum. No room safe. No ice machine. Had to go to the front desk and they gave you a small bag of ice, nice but kinda of an inconvenience. I mean if you looking for a nice place to sleep, this will fit the bill. I would stay here again, knowing the few things that are lacking, they are easily overcome.

The front desk person was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and exactly what we needed. And the kids had a great time swimming in the pool and hot tub

Come for no amenities, stay for the nothing breakfast. Sure, book a night at the $80/night rate. You won't stumble into such a foolish blunder ever again.

The hot tub was great (albeit adjacent to the parking lot - some bushes between the hot tub and the parking world go along ways!) and the room was clean, and the staff was communicative and helpful and needed, and the breakfast was great!

The free breakfast was very weak. Disappointing some bread and juice not much more. Staff was very friendly and rooms were clean and beds good.

nice and clean rooms. Felt secure specially when you have a little one. The front desk lady was really helpful . The continental breakfast don’t really recommend.

There are no amenities. No coffee in the room, breakfast is a joke, only a blackout curtain with no shade on window to allow

Would like to have a little bigger breakfest and change your pool hrs in the summer to 10 o'clock I stay there every year during the fair shows and I'm unable to use hot tube 😕

Nothing it stunk and there was white stuff running down the baseboard of the bed there was bugs all around the bed on the floor and the tub ad dead bugs in it Smell bugs dirty

Not much. Most everything. It’s a sketchy area. Being close to the freeway isn’t the problem. Hotel was dated and unclean feeling. Stay away if you have smaller children and consider someplace else.
