Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Union

Nice property, great location for a short stay.

Breakfast was good and the room was very well taken care of Not satisfied with booking dot com. As of now we won't use them again. We attempted to cancel our reservation right after we made it becase we learned we had a party group rate (which we contacted the hotel about). When we arrived at the hotel we found that Bookings.com never canceled.We were required to call booking dot com to explain the confusion and spoke to someone who falsely said that they would take care of the situation...And did not. We ended up paying booking.com. $285.42 as well, as Marriott Fairfield suites, a $190.79 which totaled $476.21 for one room for one night. We are not happy about this and want to speak to someone at Bookings.com.

Need bicycle in weight room for is older folks who can walk on treadmills

Breakfast was great

The bed was very low and too soft. It did not feel like a hotel bed. You woke up with back problems. The next door had kids running thru the hallways at 8pm-10pm and jumping on the beds and also were pounding on the walls. The location is right next to a WA WA so all night people hanging out and blasting music right under your windows. The windows are not sound proof. I could not beleive this was anMarriott

Nice area and conveniently placed near a wawa clean and it offered free breakfast

My room faced the parking lot on the first floor and it was noisy. Cars were blasting music at 11 pm. Hard to sleep. The bed was too soft.

Love this location near my son’s college and easy access to town. Also on the river. They should not charge for parking. I can understand $5 but $20 for a lot that is not even half full is not needed.

Staff is very nice, the breakfast is good and rooms are clean and comfortable.

Absolutely loved the shower and the set up of the room. It felt cozy. Netflix didn’t work on the remote control. Couldn’t watch anything except regular tv

I liked how the shower was a perfect amount of space without it feeling cramped especially since it was a standing shower. The bed size was absolutely the perfect size. I loved how there was spot to hang up my jacket and scarf. I loved the tv which was large and the sound system was excellent. The only suggestion I have is improvement of the pillows for the bed. The quality was good but not great. It was hard to be comfortable at first since it was a bit too soft for me and my partner but eventually we made it work.
