Holiday Inn & Suites Philadelphia W - Drexel Hill by IHG

All told, hotel is nice. Music in the restaurant was way too loud including when they had a singer there. Room mini fridge barely got cold and thermostat was not working but temp was at 66 which was ok, but could have been bad if any warmer as room was just comfortable with temps outside hovering around 105 degrees.

We love staying here. My brother lives in Havertown so we come in a few times a year. We have stayed at a few places, but since staying here a few years back, we havent gone anywhere else. This place is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and attentive to our concerns. The beds were very comfortable!

Window shades are operated with a remote, which is ok as long as the remotes’ batteries work. Ours did not. Breakfast staff were very slow to respond to our request to replenish everything. We arrived at the breakfast buffet only to find they had no plates, no silverware, no coffee mugs, no juice, no fruit.

The room was spacious and clean. Amenities were very impressive. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant staff were so helpful and super friendly.

Everything was amazing from the amenities to the well maintained property nestled into the landscape

Clean room

Very nice stay

Room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Neighbors were quiet. Shower was good. Hard to find. Poorly identified. No signs. LOUD air conditioner. We had to turn it off before trying to sleep. Then the room got hot in the middle of the night. Room was overpriced for what was actually delivered. Incredible traffic encountered when attempting to reach the hotel. This was a last minute booking because our original hotel choice cancelled. This place charged $140 more for the two night stay than our original hotel, a Best Western. Not worth it!

Absolutely spotless room! Only complaint was the room temperature was way too cold but the staff was glad for the feedback. Super-convenient location near expressways and a station. Would def stay again.
