Front desk staff were very helpful. Hot breakfast options, buffer or made-to-order, are filling. We had two minor plumbing issues which the staff were attentive to resolve such that it wasn't a big inconvenience.

Restaurant food was good. AC didn't work, beds where to soft and wifi didn't work.

The breakfast was okay but the kitchen staff was awesome making sure had everything that was needed.

Location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff, and the comfort of the beds. We had a pretty loud group of people staying in a room adjacent to ours. They were disturbing at times. I was really looking forward to the dinner experience at the accompanying restaurant, but they only served buffet style items. That wasn't the feel that I was going for during my one on one stay with my husband on our little getaway.

The hotel was modern and clean. The staff was also respectful and friendly. I had no issues.

All told, hotel is nice. Music in the restaurant was way too loud including when they had a singer there. Room mini fridge barely got cold and thermostat was not working but temp was at 66 which was ok, but could have been bad if any warmer as room was just comfortable with temps outside hovering around 105 degrees.

We love staying here. My brother lives in Havertown so we come in a few times a year. We have stayed at a few places, but since staying here a few years back, we havent gone anywhere else. This place is perfect.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was kind and attentive to our concerns. The beds were very comfortable!

Window shades are operated with a remote, which is ok as long as the remotes’ batteries work. Ours did not. Breakfast staff were very slow to respond to our request to replenish everything. We arrived at the breakfast buffet only to find they had no plates, no silverware, no coffee mugs, no juice, no fruit.

The room was spacious and clean. Amenities were very impressive. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant staff were so helpful and super friendly.
