Days Inn by Wyndham Springfield/Phil.Intl Airport

This place should not even be on the Expedia site. The room was depressing: light bulbs missing, sticky surfaces on the furniture, unfriendly staff. After seeing the room, I decided not to stay. Still I was charged for a full day eve though I stayed 20 minutes (literally). Never again!

I love this place

First after arriving at hotel, asked about times for breakfast in the morning, was told there is no breakfast. On website for hotel it’s say breakfast is available. The middle stairs way was dirty, some brown liquid was coming from underneath the soda machine. The hand railing on stairs was sticky. The blanket on bed was thin. Outlets on one side of the bed were not working. The air conditioner was very noisy and leaking water in front of door. There was an iron in the room , so where was the ironing board. Coffee maker in room, no cups or anything to make coffee with.

Nothing Nothing

If I could 0 stars I would. When you walk in the lobby there is an odd smell. That should have been our first clue to just leave but we gave them the benefit of the doubt. We got to our room and the key card didn’t work. That should have been our second clue but we had been driving since South Carolina and we were exhausted. We got into the room and the tv and fridge were unplugged in a corner. The room smelt of old cigarettes and I don’t know what. We told the girl in the lobby we were leaving and she was very kind and tried to find us a new room but at that point we just wanted to leave. We went to the holiday inn about 10 minutes down the road and it was exceptional! I know you get what you pay for but I’d at least expect a clean put together room.

Staff was not polite. Property outdated.

The chevk in area seemed vkesn and it smelled fine. The room we were given once the air conditioning was turned off snelled like weed. My allergies were insane because ofvthe bad smell. The counter/drssers was dirty, there was food in between the sheets, and stains kn the blanket. I had to buy a cleaning spray and wipe the bathroom and all other areas that could've been tkuched by the children. The place is outdated and in need of an uodate. Our air conditioner was leaking, the entry foorway was gross. We slept with the lights on, and had yo be extremely careful ot to touch anything that i did not wipe down. Lesson learned!! The lady at chrcking had no bed side manner, not pleasant, not welcoming just not a good place

Bedbugs. We left before and did not stay our last day we went to an airbnb.

Location Mostly everything else, this place is old and run down and smells like disappointment and Narcann with a side of Crack cocaine.

If you have no other choice this hotel might do. It's filthy and if you need to be in the room even 10 minutes before check in time of 3pm, they will charge you a fee.

Update about amenties

This Hotel is not doing well. What would be the restaurant is full of storage, the rooms are in desperate need of a renovation, and we needed to wear our shoes inside the floors were unclean. It felt VERY overpriced for what it was. Plenty of parking though!

The location was convenient and parking was available. The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The furniture was old and damaged. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing.

The room was gross. The floor was sticky and the bathroom was like a gas station bathroom. Not well maintained and grimy.

From the moment of check in the owner was rude and disrespectful the lights were blown in the bathroom the property is poorly managed there was no breakfast no coffee machine in the room the microwave was dirty and didn’t work the towels were disgusting luckily we had our own the ad for that location is very misleading I couldn’t wait to check out we left hours before check out

I’ve traveled often and stayed in many different hotels/motels and this was the absolute worse. The lady who supposedly owns the place has a very nasty attitude and wouldn’t recommend any one to spend their money at this roach infested nasty place. DISGUSTING! Toilet, refrigerator……EVERYTHING. VERY NASTY PLACE

The door was stuck so bad I couldn’t open it. I had to call the manager to open!! Very bad experience overall.
