Every room smells bad. The lady at the front desk, her name is Jay, has no people skills! She was yelling at every customer there and ordering the staff around, being disrespectful l! The room was stinky and so were the sheets

The lady at the front desk was very rude, aggressive and shouldn't be working at such facility where people troop in daily. I requested for room service two different times from front desk, I was promised but they never did so.

Reasonable if u just need a quick hotel to stay in. Wouldn’t recommend it any other time. Telephone didn’t work! Very small room! A/C unit didnt pump out cold air!

Broken AC unit, broken hairdryer, broken lamp shades, dirty, moldy shower, stained linens, neighbors arguing and screaming throughout the night.

It was very hot in the room upon entering and the AC took forever to cool the room down. Besides that this hotel came in clutch saving us during a bunch of flight cancellations. So, thank yall.

I didn’t have breakfast, when I ask the person in the front desk he told me that I can cross the street and eat something in Wa Wa. The lady that works in the afternoon was very rude, she demonstrated bad manners when asked her a question. This is not acceptable as a client.

The room was clean but 1 light was constantly flickering. Had to be careful using the outlets because the plugs fell right out

On the upside, the tub looked very clean. Again, the staff was wonderful, but the property? Not so much.
