Lady at the front desk extremely rude!

Toilet didn't work. Room was really clean!

Location is good The front lady is lady is rude, room is dirty, bed very uncomfortable the middle of the mattress sunk, toilet paper holder broken, towel holder broken, no hot cups for coffee, room 210 needs a good cleaning

Staff member said "go ahead i dont care if u call corporate. They won't do anything for u anyways. They don't care." Staff member said not her problem that phone didnt work. So we tolerated the room for the nite until we had the bed bug incident. Thank you for your consideration. We were just looking for a clean hotel for the nite with respectful staff. Now we are concerned about bringing bed bugs homes and if that.does happen we.will be in contact with our lawyer team. All we had asked.for was a refund and your staff had no care whatsoever. If bedbugs are found in our home, obviously we got them from your hotel and will be in contact with our lawyer. For now a refund or partial refund would work. Thank you

Believe there was dirty towels left in the bathroom-toilet wasn’t working properly-had to fix myself-rooms need an update -old fixtures etc

No breakfast or coffee, the lady at front desk was also not friendly, you need friendly people at the front desk

Location Facilities outdated and not kept up. Lights not working, broken fixtures in the restroom, security latch on door hanging on by a single screw, almost gone as well. Staff not very friendly, did not seem to care that our room had so many issues.

Good bed;; no breakfast; no hot water; light bulb not functioning; no closet or place to hang clothes.

I love this place been going for yeses. Staff is amazing

The room had a bad mildew smell… it was bugs and flies in the room… the walls were peeling and the lamps had rust on them… the sheets and blanket was mildew smelled as well.. the front desk lady was very rude and ignorant..

Nothing Bed sheets was not changed an als the second they put me in smelled like someone has been smoking inside the i reported the customer service representative who helped me change the room because of that I need to change the room 3 times

Location was good. Parking nice and clear, primarily because there were few guests. Beds were comfortable. When checking in, requested bottom floor room, was not a problem. First room had several issues with it. Lamp in the middle of the beds not working. Toilet paper holder broken on one side. Towel bar coming off wall a bit. Door security latch hanging on by one screw. Went back to the office and on the way looked in a few rooms that were empty and looked good. Asked to change rooms and the employee says she doesn't have any other rooms on the bottom floor. The lot is near empty and I mention one that I could see looked like it was clean and ready to go. She says well it says dirty that it hasn't been cleaned yet. I told her it looked like it had to me. She said you can check it out if you want but I don't think you'll like it. We went to check it out and sure enough, more issues. Toilet paper holder broken on both sides, refrigerator had the little freezer section completely missing. We needed the freezer section so decided to go back to our original room. The employee didn't really seem to care that there were issues in the room and did not offer any options for moving or helping us find a nice one. At some point had either a mouse or rat in the room. After coming back from a long day and packing up to leave the next day, noticed bits of plastic and raisins on the floor where I picked up my bag of snacks I bought at Target. Went and looked at the bag, sure enough hole in one corner of the bag and bottom corner of the trail mix I bought.

It was definitely very clean over all. The toilet would move every time you sat down. Definitely could use a few small upgrades.
