Courtyard Philadelphia Springfield

This was just an average hotel.

Very low water pressure. AC unit noisy. Never sent the receipt as promised.

Clean room. Incredibly helpful staff.

The restaurant and staff. The check in time is incorrect on your web-site. We were a little early, killed some time and returned in an hour as suggested then the desk clerk tells us check in isn't until 4:00, when I questioned not ready in 1/2 hour when i checked back at 2:30. she should have stated from the beginning and to be truthful, we were there at 11:30, after our SPA treatment, and returned at 1:30, and there was no one in the lot for the hotel, so not having a room available by 3:00 was joke. NYC maybe 4:00 not stinking Springfield, DELCO! The receptionist was not helpful at all, didn't even attempt to be accommodating. And this hotel doesn't even have a pool

The facility outside was clean and very well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean; the sheets and towels smelled fresh and clean. The air conditioner was noisy when the compressor turned on and was reported to the staff.

All was great except housekeeping did not clean our room

We had kids across the hall that kept on knocking on our door and running

I was there for a less than 24 hour stay for a family funeral with my 2 adult kids. The room was lovely and the staff was helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant was very busy for a Wednesday evening but we were able to get seats at the bar. The food was fine but the drinks were very light on alcohol, service was good. I grew up here and it was my first visit back and I was grateful to NOT run into anyone I knew.

The main bathroom light was out, so grooming was limited.

Staff was not very friendly.

Quiet stay

Several long black hairs on bathroom floor and in the shower.

I didn't have the breakfast

Everything was acceptable.

Not as clean or as service friendly as I expect from this chain and this $$$. Wall behind toilet was stained and looked like some long previous occupant had peed around the toilet not in it (no smell-just old stains). Service for our room got skipped one day, and then on the day we got service some of the towels were taken and not replaced. All minor things, but not expected.

Everything was fine except the breakfast was poor, including the coffee, and WAY overpriced.
