Hampton Inn & Suites Philadelphia/Media

The hotel and room were very clean. The hotel was close to everything and staff were friendly. I will definitely be returning football season for Eagles games.

Very clean and friendly hotel

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to the Courthouse. Close to the trolley. ACME market close by for incidentals. Great stay!

As a family of four visiting Philadelphia this was a great location. I couldn't give it 5 stars due to the fact that when we first checked our door lock would not read our key; however the staff that tried to fix it was very considerate and apologetic for the inconvenience of changing rooms. We were close enough to Valley Forge/King of Prussia and the Zoo and downtown Philadelphia. The free parking was a blessing and the hotel was quiet. Also the women who was in charge of breakfast was amazing, she was funny, knowledgeable and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was neat clean and in order. The staff was friendly especially when I figured out I had goofed up my reservation.

Breakfast is horrible here

We stay at this hotel,often when visiting family nearby. The staff is always friendly, the hotel,is clean, smells good and is in great condition. The breakfast set up is very nice each time.

Great location, great service and great staffs

The Hampton Inn brand used to mean something, and it may still at other locations. Just not in Media, PA. The list of things that were not in the room, is too lengthy. But all the normal things, I.e. microwave, paper, pencil/pen, trash in the bathroom, phone book… don’t exist anymore apparently. The king size bed was intolerably firm, to the extent I woke up every 2 hours with back cramps. Night light to find the bath in the middle of the night, nope! Remote with at cover for the batteries, Nope! Water Cups in the bathroom, Nope! Etc. etc. I’ll not be returning and Hampton Inn is now on my C list.

The deadbolt lock didn't lock. The shower water pressure was fine, but bathroom water pressure from the faucet was a trickle. The room wasn't cleaned after our first night and we asked but we were given the sheets and spread to do it ourselves. Very nice front desk staff and the property is well maintained. Nice and convenient location.

Clean, large, comfortable rooms. Beds were very comfy also, with high quality cotton sheets. The hotel is well located in a quiet, walkable area very close to the trolley, and has plenty of parking. There are grocery and convenience stores nearby. A historic downtown area with shops and restaurants is a 10-15 minute walk through an area with historic homes. Breakfast was just OK, and the choices were adequate. Staff members were friendly and helpful. My one complaint is that they have the air conditioning programmed so that you can’t cool the room to your preference at night. We turned it down to 69 because we like it really cool at night, but the thermostat showed that the room never cooled below 73, which is uncomfortably warm for us. With that said, we would still recommend to our friends.

When my son and I arrived, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facility was well kept. The room itself was clean and welcoming.

Great location, lovely staff, clean room

Convenient to airport. We stayed because our flight was canceled. Comfortable beds. Late check out. Allowed to store our luggage until we left for airport. Peloton bike required service in the gym. There wasn’t much space for a yoga mat in the gym.
