Clean, room is large

I booked a two‑queen‑bed room for four people on Expedia. When we arrived, the hotel said the reservation was actually for one king bed and refused to change it since it came from a third party. Expedia sold me a room type I didn’t receive, and we were stuck with no remedy. This is misleading, inconvenient, and unacceptable. One star.

I missed not having a microwave in the room

Room smelled like sewage and had cleaners on floor of poor attempt to clean it up

Breakfast uninspiring. Hotel clean staff efficient would definitely return but skip breakfast coffee cups too short.

Very good value and well located to enjoy Media’s downtown and surroundings.

Spacious rooms.

We stayed there for our son’s College Graduation and we loved how all the restaurants were only a few minutes away. The Hotel was clean and the front desk was great! We enjoyed the pool and our time at the Hotel!

Good location- not far from a lot of restaurant options.would be better if it had a shuttle that could take you to restaurants.

We booked this reservation last minute for the PGA championship in Philly. Because of that, I expected prices to be higher than usual. Room was clean (smelled GREAT which was a huge bonus for me!) but had some annoyances that definitely detracted from our experience. Toilet seat was literally attached with a zip tie. Shower head was so clogged it had zero pressure. Fridge was so loud you had to unplug it to sleep. Breakfast was ok. Staff was friendly.

Just about everything was fine: the lobby area, the facilities, the room and the bed. we particularly appreciated the nice breakfast provided and the free parking.

It was lovely and the rooms were very large with everything we needed. We love the free breakfast and coffee all day and night in the lobby, Nothing
