Price, close to the U of I Vet school hospital It was fine for what we needed

Good location for visiting U of I. updated decor.

The room was secure and the water was hot. Right next to the hospital, old bathroom, people smoking in the stairwells, no coffee maker, tv was damaged.

Shower had black mold in grout lines. Room very dated and furniture stained

Close to college campus Place is a dump. Dirty! Filthy! Bathroom is disgusting! You can tell it’s never been cleaned. Wouldn’t stay there again even if you paid me!

Wreaked of smoke, walls were super thin so noise from other rooms was loud, neighbors were doing drugs, drug dealers hanging out near the exits, bathroom floor was filthy, and there were bottle caps on the floor in the room. Dirty. Drug user smoke was thick in our room from room next store. Easily heard normal decibel speaking next store and their having sex in great detail. Smokey smell all over the hotel.

The bathroom toilet seat had dried urine and hair all over. There was hair in the shower. The bathroom sink had mold growing out of the drain. The bed spread could of walk away and it was beyond old and stained. Not sure if it has been washed in the last year. There was a man that was trying to get into a few rooms. Called the front desk several times with no answer. Went to talk to the front and said nothing could be done. I would never stay here again. If I were you I would choose somewhere else.

it is cheap so you woldn't expect too much and the reception desk is hard to find at the beginning but they are very friendly and supportive. sometimes the cleaning person left the cleaning materials inside the room, like a spray or gel and towel, which really makes me a bit surprised. One big issue, it is a bad internet for zoom meeting!!!!!

No food for breakfast The entire ordeal was horrible the office staff was very rude

Good price/quality relation Property facilities seems to be older, and some walls are cracked for example. But nothing crazy, just very little paint job needed in some spots.

There was plenty restaurants (Fast food chains) around in about 15 minutes walking are so . So easy access to food Felt a bit judged sometimes by staff .

Good Bed Hot water did NOT work!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The price was nearly half of what was available in the area. From what I found out, we were competing with convention drawers at the time. The sink had a gurgling sound every time water drained down. Further, when I used the drain, stop the clogged the sink.

The room was clean and functional. The sink drain gurgled every time water went down the drain. When I used the stopper it would not release.
