Hampton Inn Champaign/Urbana

Clean and spotless. All utilities are easily available and working. I loved the suite. On some of the days breakfast is too minimalist with limited spreads. I miss the Omelette , hash brown and bacon which used to be available earlier

I thought all Hamptons come with refrigerators so didn't think to look specifically when booking but our room didn't have one. And the breakfast area was so packed in the morning and so hot that you really didn't want to sit there. Thankfully we found another spot that wasn't as warm. Being near a college campus, I think they expect they will have guests regardless of the condition of the property, but as a frequent Hampton guest at different locations, this is disappointing to see.

Clean. NO BEDBUGS AT ALL. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Good breakfast.

Rooms do not have microwave and frig. Please check at time of reservation that your room has it, else it is a big surprise. One elevator was not working. Machines for dispensing water were not working. Stayed because it was close to university. No free parking near close by restaurants, need to do uber. There are better options available little further away.

It was a very dated hotel.

Helpful and pleasant staff, clean environment and the kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great! The room could use better lighting and a mini fridge would have been helpful.

Typical breakfast. Location was close to our venue Hotel is a bit outdated but clean.

Only problem was a broken elevator which did slow things down.

I hate leaving a bad review, but I've never asked to change rooms before or cancel my reservation entirely. I reserved a room with a jetted tub on the 2nd floor. The room was huge, but the carpet felt sticky and absolutely disgusting. The sofa was abhorently worse. The room was 78 degrees and the A/C was barely blowing. I asked to change rooms and went to the 4th floor, where it was 80 degrees in the room with the A/C barely blowing out again. It would've never cooled off. Same sticky carpet and overall gross feel. The girl at the front desk had in ear buds and wasn't engaged at all. Stay away from this one.

Outside landscape needed much attention. A lot of weeds in the lot and surrounding areas. Overall looked nice

Hotel was very dated and felt dirty

Staff were very friendly, parking was plentiful and free. Breakfast was included and very good. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and pretty spacious. Most importantly the hotel was quiet, no street noise or loud guests.

Our stay was very welcoming and the place was clean and Staff was polite.

My room smelled. The couch was filthy and smelled like someone peed on it. The floors were damp and sticky. The floor of the bathtub was dirty. The hairdryer was broken. There was no clock in the room. There were clean sheets on the bed And the towels seemed clean. I’m sorry to be so negative, but the condition of the room was almost shocking.

Our room was small, no towel.or coat hooks. No refrigerator. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Bed was cozy!

Parking was great!
