Reviews
-
Super nice staff. Place is old, run down. The hotel sells access to the pool and group spaces so it was full to the brim with kids and parties making the amenities useless.
-
Property could definitely use updating.
-
Clean room and property. Decent breakfast selection. Great location; nice walk to bars and restaurants.
-
The only down fall was pool and hot tub, they are good in size however too much chemicals and they really should be drained and cleaned up then refilled. They are a great amenity for the hotel
-
Workout room machines were in good working order.
-
The room was clean, but the bathroom was very small. Lighting could have been better. The breakfast was unremarkable. Food that should have been hot was just lukewarm. It was an average stay.
-
TV would not work with the remote and so had to be unplugged when finished watching. Clean room but was outdated and the bathroom was very small. Tight entry made it difficult to get luggage in and out

The bathroom was quite small

Located downtown Valentine , which is a very nice little town that is very walkable. Property was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and comfortable.
-
Great customer service! The beds were really comfy. I would only complain that my room wasn't super clean. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs in the corner by the couch.
-
Breakfast was terrible for continental breakfast. Rolls soggy. Grounds in coffee. Small offerings.
-
Very clean

Clean, comfortable beds, good location
-
Property is on Main Street just down the street from good restaurants. Front desk recommended the new restaurant in town. Hotel was very pleasant and bed was good!
-
we stay here every year on the way to stugis, very nice staff, just hoping someday they would update a little.
-
The room was ok breakfast was good
-
The bike bath right across the street was great and the ability to rent bikes basically in the parking lot was an added bonus (we brought our bikes, so didn't need to rent them)
-
Great location & clean room
-
Lots of guests due to Summer tourism. Room was noisy at night.

Old poor design
