On the beach Yes. I have called several times to get a refund. Homeless people screaming and fighting all hours of the night, no room service, stains on bed sheets, staff acting like they didnt care. Worst stay ever.

The only thing was it was right on the ocean Not sure where to start on what was horrible. Fridge was broke the entire time still got charged for it. There for 5 days and towels and sheets never got changed even after we asked for it. Paid 40$ for parking but never got to use it because they over

Location was the only thing Dirty carpets and were moist. Parking was awful took me 15mins to get out, paid 35 for it. So many homeless ppl around. Charged for breakfast. Street smelled like urine. Adults only, not good for kids. Cable didnt work. Tons of homeless.

It was right next to the beach and close to Venice skate park. The hotels beachfront had bums sleeping and living with beds and tents right in front of the hotel. Very dirty. Did not make you feel safe at all.

There is nothing positive I could say about this place, completely misrepresented by pictures The room smelled of urine, the carpet was beyond filthy, the elavator was extremely small and insecure

they let me park an extra hour i did not know i had to pay 30 $ for parking until i got there. also, concierge directed me to walk to a cell phone store which was many blocks and took like 2 hours out of my day. "nobody walks in LA"

Amazing view in an ocean view room, the staff were nice and friendly, and the location was amazing! A bit of a ruckus at night right before midnight with some homeless fighting but overall a great experience!

Location, location, location! The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, the rooftop provides amazing views and the whole vibe of the hotel was relaxed. We'll be back! The showers are tiny!

Location 1.Desk clerk charged twice on the card and funds were not available for the following 3 days. 2.No air conditioner. 3.Homeless people outside making alot of noise at night. 4. Parking is not included and we were not aware. $30 a night is too much.

It is nothing fancy, but it is so close to the beach you can not go wrong! The breakfast was continental but I really can't complain. The room was updated, be bed was comfy, the view from my room was great! The roof top views were breathtaking.

I really liked the customer service the staff offers. I didnâ≢t like that they charge for parking especially that thereâ≢s limited space for parking. I believe they should have their own parking available for their guests. The room looked remodeled but the carpet was very dirty and felt moldy.
