Hotel Erwin Venice Beach

The location is perfect, we could watch the fireworks from our balcony!

Super recomendado, muy limpio, los personales todos muy amables , te tartan con respeto, el personal de limpieza incrediblemente amables, solo uns cosa que no esta bien, cuando compre por Expedia mi estadia, yo compre con desayuno incluido, pero lo unico que ofrecen como desayuno, son muffins, yogurt parfait algunas frutas y cafe , eso es lo unico que me parece que no esta bien

Downside is the popularity of the rooftop bar with locals - resulted in not being able to get food or drinks which as a resident of the hotel was disappointing.

Very quaint and well maintained hotel right at Venice Beach! All of the staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. My new, go-to hotel in Venice.

I just love this hotel. It’s so close to the beach so convenient. The staff are just amazing and they have a mini continental breakfast and you can order eggs, etc. an additional cost. Just an overall beautiful hotel with some beautiful views.

The property was very conveniently located close to the beach and the boardwalk and the staff was top-notch. Really enjoyed my stay and had a Ocean view room that was absolutely spectacular and even a little morning breakfast.

It was excellent, it just it's in the heart of venice, so be prepared to be surrounded by pure venice

Great location and the rooftop bar is great. Rooms are fine sized, not huge not small - fine for what we needed. I'd say the biggest negative was just the quality of the service - check in staff weren't very helpful, almost like we were imposing on them to stay there and check in. Service on the rooftop was equally poor - felt like they had never worked in hospitality before - again, we had to actually work to order food, get service. It feels like the location let's them really drop the ball on quality. I'd stay somewhere else and maybe book for a reservation at the roof top, but I wouldn't stay again

Wonderful hotel! We had a blast and it was so comfortable. Staff was great, rooftop was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!

They offer several beach items to borrow which came in handy. We used the beach chairs and towel. If you get a view in the ally, it’s terrible and often woke up to people banging on trash. This is not the hotels fault. The area is a very short walk to beach but is kind of dirty and in some places uncomfortable with kids. We didn’t walk much after dark and everything was fine during the day. Overall, we would book this hotel again:) To note: something different is they put a 150.00 security deposit hold for each night you book so for us, it was a 600.00 deposit. Never had that and didn’t effects us but it might for some people.

Location was good, view of ocean was ok Parking was quite expensive, breakfast was very poor, toilet and bathroom was small

I love this hotel…the staff is amazing.

Staff could have been more attentive and courteous, and the phone in room was not working. And parking situation was horrible .

Very attentive staff, clean room, felt very welcomed. We enjoyed the rooftop, great service and vibe, the views! We liked that there were water stations on each floor. It’s great to have the simple things.
