Awesome location. Comfy bed. Balcony so you could open the slider and get fresh air. Tiny room with loud AC that blew directly on the bed (making it freezing). Turning off the AC made it too hot. Parking fees for a basic lot anyone can access.

The outside of the building it a little rough. Didn't exactly match the pictures. But the room was clean and there were pleny of towels. Nice helpful staff. Also, this hotel is close to all the sites near Venice Beach. The beach is only 2 few blocks away. There are plenty of dining options around as well. Really great pick.

I liked how close the beach was and that you can walk and find many restaurants. I did not like how slow the elevator was, but this is minor. Staff was always helpful.

Location was very good as its veryu close to Venice Canal and the beach, walkable distance, Room size was very spacious and has all the necessary facilities. it was really disappointing to charge me for couple of water bottles after my stay and checked out, it worth nothing more than 10 USD while the front desk staff told me its complementary. Moreover, I have been charged for the car parking twice from 2 different credit cards, however they advised that it was a mistake and it will be fully refunded along with the security deposit, and I am still waiting since 11th August, lets see. thanks

You pay to park at the Inn. Presently, the fare is $38/night, which is both robbery and comparatively low for the area. The 3 floors here are accessed by elevator, and the rooms are of reasonable size and cozy. Bedding was fabulous, and the A/C was effective and welcome. There's a coffee-maker and a small fridge in the room. Both were of great use. We had a sliding door with access to a tiny balcony; sadly, 90% of our view was of the tree that grew next to the Inn, the other 10% was of the street below. Notes? First, the bathroom is tiny. Really, small. To enter and close the door behind you, you almost need to stand in the tub. It 's a major "tell" that this is an older property. And the shower has a fixed head (one pattern setting, no adjustments of spray direction or angle). And there's a shelf that blocks the user from the shower's full spray and WILL hit you in the elbow as you maneuver around it. The tray belongs in the back of the shower, not the front. Lastly, it'd be nice to have the front desk manned by personnel fluent in English. It was occasionally difficult to make oneself understood by the staffers. Overall, liked it a lot. We will return
