Great staff, excellent bar and meals. The only drawbacks would be it needs maintained more from the outside facade, and the hot tub is way to hot with the jets not running consistently. The heated pool is not warm enough.

My room was spacious and well designed. I had plenty of towels upon arrival which is a big plus since, lately, it seems hotels have the bare minimum of towels in the room forcing you to request more. A small detail, I know, but it matters to me.

It was a nice to have our room cleaned, beds made during our stay. We left wedding rings in room after checking out. Lucky they had them for us and we were able to get them back.

Location Unfortunately our room was next to gym, heavy noises. Loud chatting noises from outside lawn…possible to move the lawn chairs away from the building?

On the first two days of our stay we had to call the front desk to ask that our room be made when we returned for the day at 4 pm! On one of those occasions the front desk clerk tried to tell us it was our fault for leaving a do not disturb sign on our door - which we had definitely not done. The in room coffee service coffee pods made terrible coffee. $50. a day seemed a bit steep.

Beautiful setting by the marina. Very clean hotel. Small issues like no refills for tissues in bathroom on 2nd night and no pen and paper pad in room. This was minor but inconvenient. Breakfast was very good.

The location is perfectly situated being near Mother's beach, the marina and some restaurants. The rooms are a good size with plenty of storage. Having complementary bottled water daily and also milk for making tea would be preferable to paying $3 for a small bottle of water and $7.99 for a cup of milk. Also weren’t told about the complimentary paddle boards etc at check in.

Location is great, staff were friendly and the room was comfortable. The additional $34 per night compulsory charge that was not known before checking in. Also, paying for a marina view room to find it didn’t have a balcony.

The food in the restaurant is good On the second night of our stay we were kept up by the guest in the room above us. First by noises associated with intercourse and then pacing the room for hours on end. It was extremely upsetting for our two daughters. I went down to reception twice. The personnel tried to placate me without doing anything significant. They waved the valet parking fee but that does not balance the totally horrible and unacceptable experience.
