Hilton Garden Inn Marina Del Rey

It was located near the pier and great food places.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The snack bar was great and not too expensive. My granddaughter enjoyed her stay with us that weekend. I loved everything but leaving out the parking structure. They need to put up better signs for exiting the property.

Basic property.

Clean. Many seating options. Bar and grill. Parking. Nothing.

Check on was 3:00. We had to wait until 3:45 to get in. Had to ask for new towels and for our room to be cleaned, then they just made the bed. Front office staff was not friendly or helpful. We will not be back.

The room was clean and location was very convenient

Pool and jacuzzi is super nice, rooms are big, beds super comfy. The cleaned my room almost daily even though it says every other day. They got great options for snacks, foods and drinks if you need when their restaurant isn’t open. Very helpful staff. A bit thin walls and ceilings. Luckily was quiet most of the time but I was woken up early morning by neighbours talking or walking around so bring ear plugs. Also hallway through door is very easy to hear so it’s not sealed too well.

Everything was good except for the snacks and drinks at the front desk were way overpriced

Good location for nearby restaurants walkable from the hotel. Easy check in, clean and comfortable room. Would stay here again.

Odd smell in the room

The location, the room size, the cleanliness and friendly staff The bar and breakfast were nice but prices were pricey. The water should have been available all day

Bathroom needs replacing, worn tiles and handrail coming away from the wall

The dirt open parking lot next door wasn’t so bad however the machine wasn’t working. I paid but the receipt to put in window didn’t come out of machine r/t no paper in machine. The phone number on the machine gave me a parking lot employee who said they have no way to do anything about the lack of paper in the machine and I’d probably be towed by the city. 🙄!!! There is absolutely no other place to park close by. She said if I just get a ticket, I could try fighting it, but the parking lot company can’t supply me with evidence that I had paid for the spot. When entering, you add your license plate number. Just a TOTAL FUBAR.
