Great location, scacious rooms, a comfortable bed, friendly staff and a relaxed atmosphere. Everything was good.

Location was great for our plans. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. We also enjoyed hanging out at pool/jacuzzi The cost of parking was extreme.

One staff member attempted to charge us for the room even though was already paid, with proof, and when she checked and explained it was an issue on their end, no apology was given. The room smelled when we arrived and lingered for the entire stay.

Nice decor, felt close to the action. Good facilities ( a small pool, fitneas center and lounging areas as well ). Staff very accommodating about us leaving our car out front to unload bags etc. Pretty happy overall

This location is not within walking distance to Venice Beach. Given that, I did not like that. They charged for renting bike bikes, and parking. The room was large and absolutely gorgeous inside. Very clean. Compared to other. Kinney brand, hotel, hotels, this had the least amount of amenities.

Very unique property with California cool vibe. Lots of motorcycle noise traffic on Washington, but it wasn’t unbearable.

What a charming hotel! It’s very “Venicey”. Very thoughtful staff, immaculate room, comfy bed and great towels! I would just recommend that the carpet near the elevators be replaced when possible. I will definitely stay here again….and look forward to my return. Thank you Kinney staff for being so sweet and accommodating!
