Property being renovated so drilling noise in our room till 5pm. Avoid

Front desk staff Jesus was extra special with his assistance and made us feel welcome from the beginning. Hospitality team Carlos, Paul & Aman were at our service with our requests in such an expeditious manner and were so patient and helpful explaining every little detail to us. Valet team brought my vehicle up quickly and also charged my Tesla as needed. Overall, it was a perfect stay and we look forward to coming back soon!

The hotel rooms need update. Our room has fantastic views from the balcony doors. Furniture is good but we still have to use over the tub shower and hair blower is like from 1980s or 90s with super loud noise. Staffs are very nice and super helpful.

The location next to Marina del rey was perfect. Our sofa bed for my daughter was not comfortable.

Actually the property is in a great location but under renovation and elevator and in room air conditioning unit is old, safe does not work. Hopefully next time when the renovation is done will be better.

I’m still waiting for my folio and have tried to contact staff several times regarding not receiving my bill. Quite frustrating.

I loved the ambiance, cleanliness, and polite staff. Loved Maya in the Jewelry store and Cast and Plow was great. Christine was also so sweet and knowledgeable about what the hotel offered.

We had a wonderful stay, the service was excellent, with genuinely friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout. Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The facilities were excellent and the whole property felt incredibly well cared for despite some renovations being made. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
