I’m still waiting for my folio and have tried to contact staff several times regarding not receiving my bill. Quite frustrating.
-
I loved the ambiance, cleanliness, and polite staff. Loved Maya in the Jewelry store and Cast and Plow was great. Christine was also so sweet and knowledgeable about what the hotel offered.

We had a wonderful stay, the service was excellent, with genuinely friendly and attentive staff who made us feel very welcome throughout. Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautifully maintained. The facilities were excellent and the whole property felt incredibly well cared for despite some renovations being made. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable experience , we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Always happy to stay at the MdR Ritz. A great location, great service, a nice view of the harbor and hills. I will be back for another visit soon.

The staff were great and the location was very good. The resort is very dated. The pool area was also a great dissappppijtment.

Wonderful hotel. Staff are friendly.
-
Amazing in every way
-
The rooms are average/clean and neat...BUT the lounge/club area was just what we needed and made the hotel "worth it" for us.

Everything was amazing

The property was great but I was disappointed with the lack of option for a room with two beds. Our family really needs a second bed and this was my only complaint. It made our stay tighter than what we would’ve liked but everything else on property was great.

Everything was enjoyable and everyone was nice and helpful!

Not up to regular Ritz Carlton standards. Would not stay there again

This was our first time at THIS Ritz Carlton, possibly our last. The customer service at the cove and plow at dinner was terrible - no one came over to us for 45mins. We called for in room dining for our 9 months old twice, Lipa or Luna the lady that answers continuously gave us a hard time. We had order eggs and avocado for 3 days straight right at the restaurant and were never given a hard time. We ordered it to a room and she wanted to charge us extra, which would have been fine if she was nicer. We ordered egg whites with berrys, she tried to charge us for berries which were included in the price. The lady host at the cove front area was beyond rude. The night manager was rude to us and was not helpful to his bartender that was swapped during the soccer game. The bartenders were phenomenal. The housekeepers were amazing. The lady server we had every morning for breakfast was amazing. The gentlemen at Valet - amazing. This little area for feedback doesn’t allow for the many more negative experiences we had for the last 4 days. It is not an experience we expect from the Ritz Carlton. By far the worst experience we have had in a customer service aspect. In restaurant atmosphere customer service should exceed expectations. Sad to say we wont be back or recommending this hotel in the future. I am not one to write reviews but I couldn’t leave this place quick enough this experience I would expect at a holiday inn

Enjoyed the hotel experience! The restaurant for breakfast was delicious

I have stayed a so many ritz Carlton before and this one was by far the worst. I have never had such bad service in all aspects from dining to the pool to even being greated by staff members in the hall way. Not once did I feel the ritz Carlton experience. John from booking was the only one who made me feel special but the experience quickly fell off after dealing with him. Very disappointing

Location on the marina is beautiful, but a bit far from other parts of LA with no real transport options other than Ubers. The air con in the public spaces was super cold, some guests in the lobby bar had blankets round them! It made the bar and restaurant areas unpleasant to be in
