Great place!

The hotel staff was really helpful and informative about what is around the area. The area of hotel was nice for biking and close to the beach.

They made the experience very enjoyable. Please upgrade you toilet paper - a luxury hotel should never consider single ply toilet paper acceptable.

I cannot stress how horrible the toilet paper is! How can you even consider 1 ply toilet paper? The toilet paper at Dodger Stadium felt plush and luxurious by comparison. If you are charging $200+ for a room, the least you can do if have 2 ply toilet paper. It has absolutely stayed with me since leaving thinking about how cheap it made the hotel and experience feel.

Front desk staff wasn’t the friendliest. AC unit wasn’t working properly, and a balcony chair was missing.

Location, freindly staff A/C didnt cut the humidity. Not enough rooms with 2 queen beds, more expensive than it should have been.

The room was too close to the bar and pool and was noisy

Great stay

Most frustrating was the hotel’s “fine print “ destination charge of $40.00 per day which was a shock since I thought I was paid up in full. Expedia located the fine print so I was stuck for 9 days of it. I don’t mind if they read this since there are several comparable properties nearby and doubt if circumstances are such I would ever be unfortunate enough to stay here again.

Clean, Helpful Staff, Coffee and Friendly Barista on site, Gym is useful just a bit worn out, pool was nice, no laundry on site

I liked my room . I like the pool open till 10. Great healthy breakfast options, friendly staff. THE VALET IS OVERPRICED More than Manhattan. For me to rate exceptional, the hotel would have to be completely updated. The fire pit area could use some cleaning up and better service. I was there with a few friends and we had to fetch our own drinks and food. Management team was apologetic. Breakfast could last till 11:30

Had the best time in this hotel.

Location of hotel was convenient for our plans and we appreciated the ability to walk to decent coffee. We enjoyed having a patio but it would have been better if we didn't have to deal with views and sounds of the hotel's delivery area and garbage collection site. The poolside vibes were decent, though we only had a snack by the pool and didn't use it at all. Service was definitely very "mid" across the board - from the bar/restaurant to housekeeping it was just ok.Our room was comfortable and service-able but that's about all we can say. The shower in the room had terrible water pressure. And the layout was really strange - the closet was inside the bathroom, making it inconvenient and awkward to get ready/dressed. We also were given a terrible room that was across from housekeeping and overlooking the hotel's garbage collection site. In addition to navigating around housekeeping carts throughout our stay, we had to deal with views of garbage and the sounds of delivery vans and trucks coming and going noisily.
