Venice on the Beach Hotel

Great location, clean room, and friendly staff. The main negatives were that the AC didn’t work very well, and the WiFi was extremely unreliable. Unfortunately, the television channels also relied on WiFi, so watching TV was often spotty in the evenings when the hotel was busier and the network was congested.

This hotel is prime beach location and the staff is ALWAYS AMAZING! This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and will pretty much be my go to hotel everytime I come to LA. Rooms are always clean, staff is always helpful and courteous and the location is excellent for beach access as well as bars and restaurants. Having onsite private parking is also a HUGE PLUS! Overall definitely a must stay if you are in the Venice Beach area!

Loved the location, rooftop and patio seating areas! Bed was comfortable and room pleasantly cozy, was clean and smelled good (nice, light floral scent). Staff were friendly and helpful. Appreciated the in-room refrigerator and guest accessible microwave and electric tea kettle. Took off one star for the towels which were small and thin. We were given extra when we asked so that was nice, but new bigger thick towels would be a wonderful and needed item.

Right on the beach staff super awesome !!! At 6am there was a guy mowing a small patch of grass right at our window !! took him forever to mow that small patch !! Besides that all was perfect !!!

No coffee maker to me that is a big issue. I like to get up very early in the morning and prepare my coffee. This hotel doesn’t even have a coffee station anywhere in order for me to get my coffee in the morning. I had to wait until some of the restaurants or the coffee shops around the hotel opened and it was a very inconvenient for me other thing it doesn’t have a microwave in the rooms not even a small one and the towels they were very small. I’m very petite and I couldn’t even wrap myself with them I can’t say anything about the location because it’s a beach front that is the only good thing about it

Location was great and Alan was super helpful and responsive both before we arrived and when we were there.

very small room . somewhat of a boarding house feel. location was good. they didn't have enough parking so i had to walk 8 blocks and pay $60 /day elsewhere

Location was perfect. Right on the beach. Sort walk to all the vendors and activities on Venice Beach The rooms are on the small size. My room was outside of reception. You hear conversations. While I reserved parking some guests did. Need to make it clear, there is limited parking. Difference between limited parking and having to reserve.
