Great location, friendly staff, and a warm, personalised atmosphere. The breakfast was good overall, but the variety could be improved.

Beautiful and elegant home with lovely decor and very comfortable beds. Staff (especially Holly and Lina (sp?) were excellent too. I also loved the section of the beach we were on, it was quiet but still had great amenities. I didn’t realize there was no staff onsite overnight. At first this was a little scary since we are two women traveling alone and shared a bathroom. However the guests were all great!

A unique old building, friendly and helpful staff. Special thanks for the early morning breakfast pack (at 5:45 am) on the day of check-out Temporary roadworks nearby – a bit noisy in the early mornings

Location within Venice beach is excellent, super close to the beach. Room was large and bed comfortable. Property felt secure and parking was helpful Breakfast was acceptable but nothing special.

We loved the Venice Beach house. The staff was so friendly and helpful. And the breakfast was wonderful. That the floors were a little creaky, cause we didn’t want to disturb the people underneath us.
