The the property is a great location. If you wanna be on the beach in Venice, centrally located. And close to other attractions, shops and restaurants Location is surrounded by very touristy and kind of dirty parking lots, etc

Large, clean rooms. Free bike hire and beach towels. Great location in the middle of venice beach life. Loved it! Perfect!

Location was fabulous for the beach. Distance from sights such as Griffith Obs, Chinese Theatre etc - but our preference to be at the shore so not a ‘didn’t like’ just an observation.

Staff were fantastic, super helpful. Location is amazing. Bed was super comfortable too. Lovely hotel. Rooftop bar is noisy until late at the weekends so pack earplugs if you like an early night. Breakfast was smaller than expected but very delicious muffins, fruit cups & yoghurt with granola.

I had a really nice stay at Hotel Erwin while I was in Venice for the Vintage Bathing Suit Contest at Muscle Beach. The location was perfect—being able to stay so close to Muscle Beach made the whole weekend much easier and more enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and I loved the fun, laid-back Venice Beach atmosphere. My only small downside was that there weren’t many food options inside the hotel unless you wanted to eat at the rooftop restaurant, but there are plenty of places within walking distance. Another guest mentioned that they had seen a cockroach in their room. I personally did not see any bugs during my stay and had no issues, but since you’re right by the beach, I’d recommend keeping your bags zipped and belongings organized just as a precaution. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again, especially for an event at Muscle Beach. Great location, friendly staff, and a true Venice Beach experience! 🌴☀️🏖️
