Staff were great

Not really convenient to be in a location surrounded by homeless people. The room was decent but the tissue box was empty , the shampoo bottle was almost empty. The shower curtain had hair inside. They advertise having beach chairs but they didn’t had the available for us. I appreciate having beach towels available. Front desk personnel was very kind.

The treats inside were delicious and the fridge was stocked with a variety of good drinks. Good location and I would def stay again next time I go to Santa Monica.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was exceptional Proximity to beach, excitement, good wifi, food options, secure building and parking. People were nice and helpful If I had to choose I wish it was at least 50$ cheaper for one night stay. But I dont regret it and we will still come back to visit if staying in the area

Loved everything about this place, room was clean, bed was incredibly comfortable. Building is right in front of the beach and hotel provided us with beach towels, chairs, and umbrella. Check out was at noon but we were able to leave our bags with staff to have a couple extra hours of exploring before leaving for our flight. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a partial-view room and this was adequate; we could see the beach/ocean from the kitchen sink area. The room was clean, comfortable, and neat. The hotel provided water and coffee in the room, and the toiletries were lovely, laden with aromatherapy. There was a goodie basket in the room that had interesting offerings; we did not see pricing, but figured this would be expensive and did not use. There was a fridge/minibar stocked with some sodas and there was an in-room safe. Bed linens were white and looked/smelled very clean. The bed was comfortable. Windows had nice blinds and window coverings for shade/nightime. The room had AC, and the windows were slightly cracked, providing a nice breeze. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear street noise at night, so we just closed the windows and drew down the shades. There was a small rooftop area on the Penthouse Floor that we could access, but did not use. There was a water& ice machine, near the 1st floor, we used to refill our water bottles. At check-out, the staff was again helpful, and there was complimentary delicious coffee provided by the cafe next door.

Get the penthouse! Well worth the money and a perfect location to enjoy Venice Beach. Friendly staff. Plus killer views. I couldn’t ask for more.

Great customer service - lived the mini suite, offering great views when breaking from all the activities offered at Venice beach! I will definitely be back.
