no Breakfast but super cool creative design food options in hotel

Had a wonderful weekend at the V Venice beach. Cool historic building, nicely restored and modernized, right in the heart of the boardwalk. Room was clean and comfortable with great views, quiet at night, very safe with 24/desk, love the amenities like beach chairs and bikes. Highly recommend.

Always a great place to...

Room very nice, very unique style with asymmetric tile, exposed brick and almost graffiti style art on the walls but it really works and quite fun. Front desk Manager (or maybe he was the property manager) very kind and attentive. Highly recommended this property.

You can’t get much closer to venice beach than this The property itself is fine, but the amount of homeless right outside was a little shock. Venice beach is way overhyped and I think the price of the hotel is unjustified with the current

The room was just terrible the skateboard room the floors were roughed up like concrete. The toilet seat was not tight. Only one small trashcan in the bathroom no coffee you did have espresso. Overall the amenities were lousy. The valet parking was too much. The homelessness was everywhere outside the hotel. Very noisy outside even after 10 PM. Police were involved two nights out the week we were there bites in front of the hotel lots of drugs going on.

Room was clean - very small for the price. The shower is literally part of the bedroom with clear glass where your roommate and people outside (if the blinds are open) get a good show. The beach view was excellent FROM THE SHOWER so paying extra for that seemed a waste. Staff was great - valet parking great and very needed in the area.

Close to everything in Venice Beach Unpretentious Super helpful team Loved the bikes rental I found out there was a rooftop at the very end of my stay, and there is no bar or restaurant at all

Only reason 4 stars because it was clean and the staff were nice.

I stayed in a beachfront room. It is literally right on the boardwalk. What a fabulous view! The location is excellent for walking around Venice Beach, Abbot Kinney Blvd, and the canals! It was comfortable and quiet. Highly recommend!

The friendliness of the staff is the highlight of the place They could have a few more beach umbrellas

Staff is great

Hotel is in what appears to be an unsafe neighborhood but it is well protected and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Lovely establishment. Landed for a night and it had everything I needed. Nice view
