My room was adorable. I love the brick wall. It's a non-smoking property thank God, but I imagine from the other guests, they are 420 friendly.
-
All the staff were great, and location was incredible. Older, but well kept building. Patio bar was next door, but the room was well installed from sound, so slept very well. I would highly recommend. Very secure entry,

Clean room nice staff partial beach view from room

Best was the beach view and boardwalk location. Parking was a real problem even for hotel guests. No air conditioning but the weather was cool at night. Crowd noise and next door restaurant music meant no early to bed if you want to sleep. They did say removations are expected before the olymipcs.

Friendly staff. Big room with a great view. Bed extremely uncomfortable. They charged a security deposit of $250 which is unusually high.

Upon arrival, I noticed a strong, unpleasant odor in the unit that resembled a cat litter box. Additionally, the television remote was non-functional. While I understand this is not an essential amenity, it was disappointing as I was unable to watch the World Cup matches during my stay. Good location but I would not recommend staying here.

Endroit bruyant, bars à proximité.

We booked the Air Venice because it was right on the beach and were not disappointed in the location at all. The location is perfect for our wants. The Santa Monica Pier is within walking distance, for us, and the Venice Waterfront is the other direction. The parking is off site but we parked in the public lot across the street to unload and load our luggage. It wasn’t very inconvenient at all. The cost of the parking garage was standard for parking at other places we have stayed. The view from the room was amazing and worth the money all by itself. The quality of the room was about what you would expect for an older beachfront hotel. We read reviews about noise from the nearby bars but didn’t experience anything we would consider annoying. We stayed from Monday to Thursday so maybe the weekends are worse but we have no complaints. The hotel was very clean but we always carry wipes and cleaners when we travel so it was fine. The staff were all very friendly, nice, and very helpful. Connor checked us in and helped us occasionally through the days we were there. He was always willing to do what he could to see to any needs we had. On our last night there we encountered Eunice and she and my wife became immediate pals. She was really nice and they talked for a good half hour when we came back from the day’s adventures. We would recommend the Air Venice but you should know what you are getting. It’s not a Five Star hotel when compared to bigger names but we enjoyed every aspect.

Location was good for the purpose of my stay It did not feel secure, old, run down property, rooms are mediocre, floors were dirty. It’s a very basic accommodation which was extremely overpriced in my opinion.

friendly staff, clean room, good security (especially meaningful given the neighborhood), and genuine character from the historic building. It is living somewhat in its past glory. You could see a lot of character that is no longer in top shape (i.e. the wood work was likely stained back in the day and is now painted with less than perfect detail. Venice Beach has a lot of trash and shady people trying to sell their wares.

Beach was as close as can be! They also had a portable A/C unit which helped keep the room cool during the hot weather. Website was completely misleading and showed photos of OTHER rooms, so we booked this room under false pretenses. We expected a much nicer room with more beds and amenities. LOL. Kitchen did not have utensils, soap, a sponge, or even enough glasses. Felt a little grungy (shower was icky, broken soap rack couldn't hold soap, paint was peeling, etc.) Room was minimal and did not look like the photos online, at all. (I'll attach a photo that shows a room with a rug, fresh fruit, flowers, two large mirrors, two large bookshelves, a standing lamp, dining area, etc. It looks like there are two large chaise lounges but those are actually the beds. There is another photo I'm attaching that shows a bedroom with a bed in it, and that is part of the listing for the large oceanfront studio as you can read, but that was NOT part of our room. It's 100% FALSE.) I contacted the management but they honestly didn't care. I even sent a video of the website showing the incorrect photos but they refused to acknowledge the situation.

The location is perfect, right on the beach with plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beds were very comfortable and the staff were very nice and helpful.

It was a very cute stay and right by the beach. It felt more like an Air BNB stay rather than a hotel because there was not really any amenities that a hotel would have. I didn’t like that there was no parking, we ended up spending like over $200 in parking over a 6 night stay. Overall the stay was very nice.
-
The beautiful ocean views, and how easy it was to walk to restaurants, shops, and the Venice Boardwalk. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean and comfortable. street noise could be noticeable at night. Parking was also limited.
-
It was small hotel near beach, but needs little cleaning and updates. I booked the hotel very early, I could wait longer to book better hotel with the same price. I paid a lot for this hotel.
-
Good place if looking to just sleep and go out and about. No A/C but cool enough and comfortable to sleep in June at night. Close to Venice and Santa Monica Pier. Huge beach. Local dining is okay.

I had a wonderful stay at Air Venice. The view was the best. Everything was clean.
-
The location was Amazing and staff was lovely the room Was great. Nice sea view and windows for air. The coffee machines were really not great the coffee was so weak. Also the plug sockets were not really in any convenient places like near the bedside. The air vent fan in the toilet is filthy and dusty so please look at that. That’s it really.

Old hotel. No air conditioning. Right next to a bar so the hotel comes with complimentary ear plugs for night time. Old TV. Not enough coffee for us in the morning. Took a shower & the towels still had hair on them from somebody else. For how much I paid for one night my experience was terrible. I would never stay here again. Oh & also no parking included. So we paid an extra 60$ for overnight parking.
