Clean and with the free breakfast...it was a great deal. Close to the beach for shark teething.

The staff was really welcoming, we came in at 11 pm, and they welcomed us with cookies and everything we needed for the day.

Everything was very good with the exception of the bed. Much too soft and probably needs replaced.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room was large; beds and linens were clean and comfortable. Staff was very pleasant. Check in and check out process was quick. I liked the all-day free coffee. The lemon water station was a nice touch. The grounds were nice, clean. Free breakfast was tasty. However, the plastic cutlery and paper plates just make it feel low-rent. The same breakfast on real plates with non-plastic cutlery would have been a much more pleasant experience. I know it's free, but does it have to feel like a meal in a homeless shelter? The worst of it was salt & pepper packets - just why? I don't think you save that much using disposable items, vs. real dishes. The attendant was not busy, since his only task was to refill cereal, milk and eggs when they ran low.

Upon arrival I thought our room did not have carpet which I was disappointed to learn it did. When I booked it showed a room with no carpet. The shower was not very clean, the carpet was dirty with old peanuts on the floor as well. Our door lock broke 2 days into our trip. The staff immediately moved us to a better room with no carpet which was much cleaner but we had issues with the toilet not flushing and the shower was either scalding hot or too cold. There was no in between. Other than these issues, the staff at the front desk and Mary at breakfast were excellent. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was actually pretty good. Nice, hot food with a decent selection typical of these types of places. The homemade cookies were a great touch and they were delicious. All and all our stay was good.

The staff tried to help in the end but told us that that due to us booking through Booking . Com there was nothing they could do. We didn't have a working bathroom for the night we stayed. The toilet over flowed from a simple flush and I had to clean up the mess. Something needs done to.make it right.

Rooms were clean, spacious - staff were courteous and helpful

The rooms are outdated . The plumbing in our room was terrible the shower had no pressure the valve and spout were ready to fall off wall , then toilet stopped flushing. They sent maintenance man up but he was leaving for the day so he didn’t help . Had to pack up and move to another room.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, well maintained pool. Highly recommend.
