Best Western Plus Ambassador Suites Venice

I liked the reasonable priceand it was clean. I did not like the overused beds and lack of useable electrical plugs. Sever were unsafe because they would not hold the plug. They were so loose as to be a fire hassard. Not enough handholds in the bathtub which means it is unsafe for old people. Breakfast was just barely OK, nothing special.

Great hotel for a great price. Room was huge and bathroom was beautiful. The staff let us check in early. The breakfast was hot and ready. Ill be looking for more best westerns

Very good, clean hotel with very friendly personel.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was very kind and it was only 8 minutes to the beach! Highly recommend.

The staff at the desk were pleasant. The continual breakfast was really nice with lots of choices but I would say the smell permeated throughout the hotel and was not pleasant. Smelled like burnt oil. The room was roomy but that’s because we were assigned to a handicap room. The air conditioning was good. The room clean. But the shampoo was completely empty which of course we didn’t realize until we were already in the shower. The people in the adjoining room (joined by interior doors) were so easy to hear. Literally could hear what the children were asking their parents and these are not individuals we know. The beds are terrible. Classic cheap spring beds. You felt every single turn or movement in the bed. Not good when you’re sharing a bed with a child. The shower curtains were so short that by the time two of three showered, there was a mini lake in the bathroom that my husband mopped with towels. There also were no extra towels at all. Tv had some basic cable channels but Jo guide or option to log into your own apps. The pool is basically a pool from a private home, small and modest but seemed clean from appearance. The elevator had a very musty damp onion type smell. All in all, it was a decent stay but not a hotel I would go to again or one I’d recommend if your planning to enjoy the hotel and its amenities. Commensurate to the hotels of ‘ol. Nothing special. Nothing horrible.

The lobby and elevator smelled like weed. The staff didn’t seem concerned about the smell.

After booking through Expedia and travels hours to arrived to the hotel they had canceled my reservation without advice with the excuse of a water pipe damage some of the rooms

The room was clean. The parking was free. Older place but well Maintained. Staff was efficient and friendly.
