On the weekend the Breakfast is run by a young girl who will go beyond and above to get and replace any food that has ran out but during the week the older lady in charge is not to friendly. She will look at you with a bad face.

Very clean room. Small fridge was a good plus. Staff very friendly. Breakfast bar had something for everyone!!

Loved the breakfast! Room was okay. Used Q tips on the chaise and moldy shower. Otherwise, everything was very nice. Pool was out of order everyday we were there for various different reasons. Elevator was fast and had no problem with luggage carts.

This is my 'go to' hotel when I visit the family in Venice. The room is always clean and the location is very convenient. Great job Guy's!

Room was clean, all sheets towels etc were clean. Very pleased, will definitely stay here again.

It was fine when my home had no ac and it was inhabitable. I wouldn’t lay my head on that bed if I had anywhere else to go though. Rooms and halls smell of mildew, stains on the carpets, mirrors, and walls of our room, and WiFi and tv didn’t work. Website claims “limited housekeeping,” and we can tell.

we loved this property so much that we booked an additional stay! Location is ideal- right off I-75 and you can easily walk to a nearby Greek, Burger, or Seafood restaurant. We loved the clean rooms, hot shower, outdoor pool, and friendly staff. Special thanks to Marie in Breakfast service and Sandy at the Front desk- BOTH ladies very helpful and kind to us. Will definitely stay here again on our way back to Sanibel!

We were mid-move and this was a nice, clean & convenient place for our family to stay while we awaited keys for our new home. Nice breakfast selection. Convenient parking and the burger place next door was yummy.

The hotel looks like a typical holiday inn- clearly a very old structure that has been remodeled over and over ( but you can still see the tell-tale rust on the corners in the bathroom). Also, finding light switches in the room? Forget it! It’s like a scavenger hunt! Regarding the breakfast buffet, the first day ( Sat) it was basically inedible. Sunday a little better but it definitely didn’t look like the buffet on the website!

Great hotel for the price. I stayed 3 nights. Clean room and bathroom. Big TV. Frosty A/C. Best part was the included bkfst. Eggs, sausage, home fries. Muffins and Danish. Bagels and fruit. Not the Hilton, but excellent for the price.
