Elevator took a long time to come once called. I should have complained but I was too tired. Other than that, stay was quiet and staff nice.

arrived Saturday everything was great. On Monday workers done and the hotel was left filthy in the halls,elevator and main hall. I expected some dust but not what they left. I did say something at checkout. no apology. Sad I plan on coming to Venice alot since my sister moved there.

After checking local hotel options, we decided to stay at this hotel because it offers a buffet breakfast and my child really wanted pancakes. Upon check-in, we were told that the hotel is currently undergoing construction, which was not mentioned anywhere during the reservation process. We were given a different room than what we reserved, the bathroom paint was peeling away due to condensation from the shower, and the door hinges were all rusty. The room itself was not bad, but when we opened our curtains, we had a beautiful view of the roof over the entrance. We could not even see the sky. It was like looking straight into a brick wall with a bit of sunlight. As for breakfast, the pancake machine was down...and so was the smile on my little one's face.

There was construction going on from 8-5 everyday and they shut the water off between 11 am and- 1 pm:( If we had known we would have booked a different hotel

The breakfast was great! Scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, and biscuits with gravy! Then they had bagels and bread for toast. Yogurt and of course coffee! The staff is very friendly and helpful! The room was clean. Very enjoyable stay!

check in/check out was easy and quick. Friendly staff, Lots of choices for breakfast. Beds were cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

Checked me in and did not tell me the room I booked was not available until I checked the room. I booked a king and got a double queen small room. Not happy about. And the ac was not working properly not matter how low I set the temp it would not get cold enough.

I feel like they close pool too early

The room was clean but it needed some updating. The day receptionist was nice, just a little on the rough side but the evening one…we couldn’t understand a single word of what he was saying. It was like if the light was on but there was nobody there. He told us the pool was going to be closed at sunset so we couldn’t even use it since we arrived back later. Breakfast choices, meh! I rather eat something less processed than what was available. It was ok just for one night.

On the weekend the Breakfast is run by a young girl who will go beyond and above to get and replace any food that has ran out but during the week the older lady in charge is not to friendly. She will look at you with a bad face.

Very clean room. Small fridge was a good plus. Staff very friendly. Breakfast bar had something for everyone!!
