The hotel was very clean. My room had space. I was staying there for a week and the weekday breakfast was the same each day. Not good.

Our room was recently remodeled, clean(even the corners).

Everything was good on the arrival. The only thing I would change would be a bigger place to est breakfast in the mornings.

Clean, Comfortable Room with Friendly, Helpful Staff. The breakfast is lacking.
-
Room was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful. A pleasant stay.
-
No outdoor garbage can. No place to put bag after you picked up after your dog. Might be nice to have a designated dog area.
-
I have nothing bad to say.
-
It was short and sweet.
-
Breakfast left a lot to be desired. There were hardly any scrambled eggs and what was there wasn't very warm. I would have liked to see some other fruit than apples. Breakfast

They gave me a different room than I ordered. Rather than fixing it and giving me the room I wanted they offered me 7 dollars off. The hotel was empty... the help was confrontational, blaming Expedia when in fact Best Western should have made sure I got what I ordered. I am a rewards customer for many years. always good. this place... not so much.

Breakfast was tasty, hot, and well done. Easy to access, and tasty. Stay was excellent... nothing to not like!

It didn't seem to represent good value but perhaps I don't understand the local market. The location was good with an excellent supermarket with a cafe and Starbucks across the parking lot. The hotel was convenient to the University campus.
