The staff here are friendly and helpful and, best of all, the location can’t be beat!!! Also, they seem to have done some upgrades with new beds/mattresses. Very comfortable. Thank you!

Friendly staff, clean rooms in need of a little updating. The blow dryer bracket was coming out of the wall. Plenty of parking. Great price.

The front desk attendant at check-in was friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin so it was a bit noisy until 11pm and at 6 am. The shower wouldn't work and the temperature was only boiling hot. The adjuster just spun and the shower stopped wouldn't stay up. When I told the lady at the front desk she said she would check it, didn't apologize or anything else. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

This is a safe, comfortable, and quiet hotel that is adjacent to the University of South Dakota. Parking doesn't seem to be a problem. There is no elevator or baggage arts. I had a cleanliness issue with the room that was at a level I couldn't tolerate. The nice lady at the front desk was a bit surprised by this and immediately gave me a different room. This room was definitely better but still in need of a deep cleaning in my opinion. Everything in the room worked just fine, A/C, refrigerator, TV, microwave, lighting, plumbing. The window opens for some fresh air too. I would definitely stay here again but my only advice would be to take the time to inspect the room before committing to it.
