Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Madison Verona

The only minor complaints I have are that they did not have regular eggs for breakfast, and there are no freezers in the refrigerators.

Room had a bit of an odor in the bathroom - somewhat dated overall. Some of the night shift staff could have been more customer service oriented. Fine location, reasonable price, good breakfast, but not sure I’d return.

The motel was closed and didn't look like it had been opened for awhile.

Beds comfy, blackout curtains. Due to late checkin of most guests, breakfast was kept open a little later. The gentleman in charge of area was very attentive of food supplies and very friendly and professional!

Clean, under ground garage, had enough coffee and cookies even with 10pm arrival. Above ground parking was lacking. Should not allow trailers and large vehicles to occupy 5 parking spaces.

Love the hotel also have an indoor parking garage. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There is a hidden plumbing clean out under the carpet in the third floor hallway that is waiting to break someone’s ankle. Aiden at the front desk is bitter, sad, and angry. He is the only (REALLY BIG) problem with this property. Terrible attitude. Derek Williams is the property manager and should fire Aiden immediately. He cannot be trusted with the front desk alone.

Easy check in. Clean rooms. It was quiet and everything went smoothly!
