Love the hotel also have an indoor parking garage. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There is a hidden plumbing clean out under the carpet in the third floor hallway that is waiting to break someone’s ankle. Aiden at the front desk is bitter, sad, and angry. He is the only (REALLY BIG) problem with this property. Terrible attitude. Derek Williams is the property manager and should fire Aiden immediately. He cannot be trusted with the front desk alone.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Would like to see more vegetarian breakfast options and also ps plain yogurt no sugar added. Rooms had nice amenities as well microwave, refrigerator and coffee pot. Thanks so much for a very comfortable stay.

The gentleman at the reception desk was extremely kind, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts and coffee were great and much appreciated. We were cautioned to move our cars to the underground parking ahead of severe storms, hail, and tornados--service above and beyond. A+++ That I couldn't stay longer! ?

Underground parking available, and quiet and clean. Property is new…fantastic stay. I’ll definitely be adding this to my list of preferred places to stay for Verona.

The room was very clean but I need to shoutout Aidan at the front desk! He not only made the trip but drove me around to get water for my cpap! He needs a raise!!
