Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Madison-Verona by IHG

Staff were all very helpful, proving me with utensils when our delivery order didn't provide them, and allowed me to stay an extra hour after check out. Granted it was a Tuesday, and not a weekend, so I am not sure that option is always available. Rooms a little aged, and needed a little more lighting. I used the fitness room, but there was no cleaning supplies for when done. I left a mat out to show it was used to see if it would be cleaned and put away, and it was still out the following day. And I was looking forward to the hot tub and it was out if order, which I do believe had just happened, so it was unfortunate, but I don't think it had been down long.

Perfectly located for out visit to Epic. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast selection.

Fantastic breakfast!!

Breakfast was pretty much basic and dry or watered down. The staff was super friendly however the room wasn’t kept to par. I had super bad allergies as did my family members it seems that our room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned prior to getting in it. The house keeping kept skipping our room all the entire stay we had 0 restocked we had to call front desk they were helpful and quick with accommodation for the inconvenience however I could t rest due to the allergens in that room. The hot tub was amazing as for the pool only thing off about it was how high the chlorine levels were it dyed/bleached my bathing suit. It gave me a massive migraine. Overall I gave 2 stars because I paid a lot of money for this stay and it didn’t meet mine or my family’s needs.

It was close to my event. Very clean and the front desk employees were very friendly! A little pricy. Breakfast was typical.

Staff was amazing and helpful. I had to make an emergency booking because my original spot was deplorable. Front desk helped calm me down and bring some peace. They really treated me with humanity. Rooms were great and the shared areas were clean. Will return or book at holiday in the future.

Everything was great

Great location, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, nice pool and hot tub. Pillows were not the greatest.

The staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Location great for the areas we wanted visit in Verona. Everything was wonderful. I would choose this hotel again.
