Don’t look at the photos on here, they are complete lies. This is the first hotel I’ve ever walked out on and found another place. Room was in complete disarray. Sheets looked dirty, tears in blanket. Broken drop ceiling tiles. Rusted main door that barely closed. Hot and humid. Broken fan cover in bathroom. Shower curtain rod hanging off. Holes in walls poorly patched. Oh and hot tub? Broken tile and filled with broken rocks. This isn’t even everything. I have photos to back up every things said too. Don’t stay here. Absolutely terrible!!!

Customer service lady was on her phone the whole time I was checking in -Tv didn’t work so I called her again and said let go to your room and try to fix it. She was in there for two minutes and said oh I’m sorry. I just don’t work and walked out… you can fill the box spring on the mattress so it was so uncomfortable to sleep on it was squeaking the whole night. The restroom was dirtier than a gas station. Restroom filthy walls inside the bathtub.

When I arrived the property was under construction, it was a mess with construction trash everywhere. I also waited for about 10 minutes for the front desk attendant and nobody ever showed up. They didn't even have a bell to ring for help... So I unfortunately had to go to another hotel and did not get a refund.

Yes I was treated really bad by the Office manager ...or front desk. Her baby was asleep in the back and the door was broken and it was very windy so the door slammed and she freaked out on me and yelled at me. Past 4 days treated poorly.

Pictures were deceiving. Nothing like the listing. Honestly was afraid to sleep on the bed. We had been driving for hours and just needed to sleep. Do not recommend.
