The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was so good. The atmosphere was relaxing and calming.

The facilities were spotless. My room was well-kept and comfortable, the common areas were tidy, and everything was well-maintained throughout. It's clear the housekeeping team takes real pride in their work. The location was also a strong plus, with easy access to everything I needed and no hassle getting in or out. For a hotel in a smaller market, this property punches above its weight. It's the kind of stay that makes you remember why you stick with a brand: reliable, clean, and staffed by people who show up with a good attitude. This is the best motel to stay in Vidalia Georgia. It's always clean, breakfast is always great, staff is always professional and helpful and it's a IHG property. It's the only place I stay when I go there.

Like new property

The facility is OK. Sufficient but a little worn around the edges. The staff are all very nice and try to do their best, but some things were just lacking. No butter or cream cheese for the breakfast breads. Pancake maker did not work. The equipment in the exercise room is meager. The box of tissues in the bathroom was almost empty. Just a lot of little things that did not make the place bad, but did make it less than five-star.
