Delta Hotels by Marriott Virginia Beach Waterfront Suites

The location was perfect for our stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The weather was not ideal, but the location was perfect. You can view beautiful sunsets from this location. Housekeeping didn't hit our room for the days we were there. We left our room at 11am each day and that appeared to be after housekeeping was completed. We were on vacation and not in a hurry. I had to request towels twice before we got any.

I loved view, the space, the price was also great. In the bathroom the sliding door pole have some rust. That was the only thing. Other then that the room was great.

They charged me to much, and now they don´t answer me. Would be good to have an explanation

The facility was very nice and relaxing I love the beach front access. The pool also stay open until 10pm which is was a plus for the kids

Felt like staying at a resort- who doesn’t love a beachfront property. Amenities that plenty of guests seemed to enjoy. Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at in quite a while. Air conditioning was top notch! Very reasonable price, even with $30 overnight covered parking. Staff was friendly and informative. $30 overnight parking. Some bath towels were dirty. Bathroom has one backlight underneath the mirror, so it wasn’t ideal for needing light.

The room had a great view of the ocean. The room was spacious and the bed room was huge. The cleanliness was not up to par for the Hilton. Housekeeping showed up 2 out of 3 days. I had to go down stairs to request for extra towels. Upon arrive the parking lot did not have any parking spaces. I was told I would get help with this. I was provided a parking pass to park in the back of the hotel. Not once was I given told it would be a charge and I was not provided the option to accept or decline. I received my bill at checkout and went down stairs to discuss the matter. I was told that parking was part of the bill and I would have to pay. This was a scam and I will never stay at this hotel again.

It was spacious, comfortable and very clean. We went to the wrong Marriott hotel initially. From a conversation with Reception, it happens daily. Hotel description needs to distinguish.

Quiet, peaceful, friendly staff… The restaurant service was a little slow during the breakfast hours; I had to ask for someone to take my order. However, once served, the staff was so nice and friendly.

The property was beautiful and in a good spot. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. I did not like the fact that no one told us you had to pay $30 a day for self parking and there was no where on the property to park for free. I called the hotel back and the manager said this was a common thing to pay at the hotel for parking but I have never been somewhere that we had to pay more to park and stay overnight. The manager did refund us our money though. Also one of the TVs in our room was not working, along with the seal on the windows must have been broken somewhere. It was very windy and you could feel the wind coming through the windows. It was moving the curtains.
