Its got it all-- beach access, pool, restaurant!

Since I booked through a 3rd party the rooms I booked where not available although I paid in full 6 months prior to my visit. They were not able to accommodate us for the desired rooms and gave me a discount at check-in however when I checked out they sent me back to Expedia so let's how I get the discount they promised. Otherwise the hotel was nice except pool too small for the size of the facility.

First time was very good nice and clean

I went for 4th the July with my kids and we had a wonderful time. The hotel Facilities were very clean, staff was very friendly specially the lady who was receiving people at the lobby with sweets and beverages. The Room was impeccable, very comfortable and clean.

The room was adequate but there was mold/mildew on the ceiling above the sliding door that ran into the room. They hotel knew because they painted over the issue. That was difficult to sleep through at night as everyone in our room seemed to close up due to the mildew. The room was overall clean, well maintained, the beach view was a joke. It definitely is a stretch because there are apartments in front of the view and a parking lot. In addition the bathroom was not ideal due to the lack of privacy. Awkward rooms for traveling with teenagers or others. Thankfully, the suite had a living space and allowed another area to have privacy to change to some degree. Location was good, parking was expensive. I’m not sure if I would stay here again or not.

Literally called for room service 3 different times and not one time did we get it. Had to stay in a sandy bed.

They have no maintenance staff overnight no housekeeping very poor service. I don’t like to recommend.

Very nice room, and balcony and view of the water. Very clean

Everything was amazing our oom was very clean, the amenities are super nice a restaurant, pool and Starbucks inside! Guest services were the best. Also had free cookies and snacks at check in! Parking for 30 dollars a day is a bit much but not the worst!

Perfect location

The beach area wasn’t busy at all and there was plenty of space to park your tent and beach blanket. The staff didn’t answer the phone for room service, guest services or front desk. When we requested towels and bedding for sofa bed, the staff said they had ran out and added us to a list for those items. We were able to get them thankfully later that night. The sofa had stains and shower tiles were dirty. We were hoping for a small kitchenette but these rooms don’t have them so be weary booking room this size, not all come with one.

Lobby will have you thinking hotel is nice and rooms were maintained, but they weren't. Rooms smelled like pets, and pee. Beds were not made up good. The restaurant service was horrible. We sat for 20mins before being waited on. Carpet in bedrooms need to be cleaned after rooms have been vacated by pets. All rooms did not have walk-in showers. I had 3 rooms with 1 vehicle, I was charged for parking on each room. Overall stay was awful. I will never stay here again the absolute worst!

Beach access was amazing, beach was gorgeous minus many cigarette butts. Tides food was good but pricey, service was mostly good but again depending on what staff you got. Drinks are expensive. The gift shop, sandbar market are nice amenities onsite. This area on the 2nd floor was kept up nice and clean maybe because they hosted conferences for sales teams 3 days during our stay. Overall we had a great family vacation because the beach was great but would not stay at this hotel again mainly because of cleanliness and unhelpful staff for an expensive price tag on hotel and amenities.

Clean. Great location. Quiet. Would stay here again.

Food was excellent in the hotel and room was nice. Breakfast may have been included (continental) given the price of the room.
