Kind, courteous and had a great personality. The location was amazing. It was just a 2 minute walk to the beach. The water was wonderful. We were on the Bayside where it wasn't very crowded and the water was perfect. Despite the road work and construction going on on Shore Drive, we had no problem getting to our destination. The guy at the front desk came to our room immediately to show us how to operate the fire stick to the TV. All of the staff was very accommodating and friendly. The amount of road construction directly in front of the hotel. But the hotel is not responsible for that lol However, we had no problem with traffic

the room was very nice uh my brother was threatened to have the cops called on him if he didn’t follow the manager all bc we got assigned the wrong room and they acted like it was our fault.

No service for a 2 night stay. Only one chair for two people. Only reading light on one side of bed.

Ac worked, room was clean, but there is no pool like pictured. It is walking distance to the beach though. We had a good stay

no comment, could use some updates in the next few years to the shower & bathroom sinks

The receptionist was nice and professional Guy was screaming outside from an apartment below and next door was blaring his TV all night and talking very loud. And no one in the office after 12 am to watch the place and making sure their guests are safe. And soaps were empty and a used open hand soap was on the sink from last guest.

Don't do it. You be better off sleeping in your car

The location Lack of real cleanliness.

Bed was dirty, bloodstains on pillows and what I can only assume was throw up stains on blankets when we arrived.

Okay Nothing.

Half the lights in my room didn't work. Lights. Looked like the place had not been painted in 20+ years.

They stole my money

I like the privacy and the convenience of the surrounding areas What I didn't like was the lack of concern when I complained about a constant cough I picked up everything I was in the room, I inquired about it and I wasn't offered another room, a refund, or any compassion

Room needed a better clean sheets and towels dirty Every very disappointing room was filthy even the linen it’s unbelievable how dirty this property is

Mirror wasnt clean and ice machine out of service

The staff was very friendly and the room was good size for two people

Don’t stay here because even at the low cost it is not worth it.
