Decent room and had no issues with parking an oversized truck and trailer. If your staying for blue collar work breakfast isn’t ready till start time
-
everything okay. good stay.

My only concern is not restocking toilet paper in the room or restocking the tissues as well. When I checked in there were a few tissues left. I stayed for 4 days it was never restocked. Toilet paper was already open and wasn’t restocked when out during housekeeping. Otherwise good breakfast, clean property, spacious rooms, kind staff

We had a great stay at Best Western Visalia. The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The breakfast had great variety and something for everyone.

The property was great, room was clean, staff was great, especially Amanda in the breakfast area. Only issue I would bring up is they really need to get a better, of all things, toilet paper. we are seasoned travelers and have not experienced stuff like they have here, super thin and just fell into pieces trying to roll off. Would for sure recommend the Best Western in Visalia, but maybe bring your own TP. ;o)

The hotel was very nice very quiet. I did not like the kiosk to check in and check out. I would rather have a live living person. That’s just me. Also, the breakfast was very blan

Additionally, the accessibility buttons at the main entrance were not functioning, which created difficulties for individuals with disabilities and may pose an accessibility concern.

Room was spacious, clean. Breakfast was good. But one person doing all the work front desk, cleaning, cooking, serving. With some help service would be easier amd better. But she has exceptional work

Visalia smells funny. All of this area smells funny. Otherwise good hotel.

The staff, especially Amanda, were very friendly and attentive. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows which was nice. No hot water, luke warm at best. Traffic noise was awful, and we had a pigeon outside of window making noise from about 3am till we checked out. Pool was dirty, and the hot tub didn't work and nasty. Room smelt like mildew/mold.

The person managing the breakfast was exceptional. The receptionist was surely in a bad mood at our arrival…
