Great place to stay to rest before Seqouia

We opted for the hotel as breakfast will be served and qe can head out for sequia. But they soad i can buy breakfast. I feel like they decieved me. Also the bed aheet have some strains. It took 3 calles to finally appear at 10 pm to change the sheets as the kids qent to bed. As we head out from the hotel lobby to out side some atinkey farm smell is all over. Once qe reaced the hotel the staff was not at all welcoming. Seems she is not paid for her job

There were roaches outside all over. The ac in the room never cooled off. The room was dusty and there were hairs all over the bathroom floor. Also when the reservation was done it said it included breakfast. Theres only food for purchase

The room was clean and very comfortable. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant had great food, though service was very poor.

A little outdated. Not very clean, spiders and bugs in the bathroom. Key cards didn't work. Finally did work after multiple attempts. Icemaker didn't work.

We enjoyed the spacious room and location. However, we could not enjoy our stay here because the air conditioning was not cooling the room. The AC temperature was cooling only to 76 to 77 degrees. This made us very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep at night.

Bed was very comfortable and air conditioning worked great. Great view of the pool and tv had a lot of channels to watch. I would happily stay here again and again.

Everything was great. The only issue I had was that my room wasn’t ready at check-in and I was substituted a smaller room and still had to pay the same price.

It was clean but the place is old so out dated but so are many hotels in this area.

Ok for price but old beat up rooms - clean but damaged furniture and paint floorboards scratched up everywhere - easy check in.. easy parking

Freeway close and parking for my RV Dated facility with a cost of a nicer hotel ( overpriced). Shower was very slippery, wife fell in shower. Bathroom floor sticky

The staff was accommodating when our first room door didn't open. Then the second room was very dirty; coffee stains on the walls, various food remnants on the floor, etc. It was determined that since we used a discount booking site, it appeared as though we received the discounted room. The staff eventually 'upgraded' our room to a suite, but it was still not worth the $200+ for the one night. The suite was nice, the AC worked great, and the bed was comfortable The staff was accommodating when our first room door didn't open. Elevator not working, they send me to another part of the hotel separeted from main building i will not return
