Honestly; Nothing! Dirty everywhere!

It was fair for San Diego, but you could tell in the area that it’s very city like, there were cops everywhere The price was too high for the location that was kind of rough

The morning shade side. Until I had to move to the sun side because my room was filling with meth and cigarette smoke. Door was broken. Lack of maintenance. Drug addicts kept me up most nights from noise all night. I finally had enough and had to move me because of the hazard of drugs and cigarette smoke coming in my room. Also, the pillows were awful. I did use some of them to cover the gap in the front door.

This property is infested with bed bugs. The mattresses are disgusting. RUNNN DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE CUDDLING WITH BED BUGS. The staff has no type of customer service skills. The Manager Lori tried to say I was lying about bed bugs in 4 different rooms. In her words “no you didn’t find bed bugs our hotel isn’t infested with them.” Right up until I told her I have pictures and videos and also that she can ask the front desk man about my mom bringing the pillow with a live bed bugs on it, then she started singing a different tune.

I have stayed at this location many times over the last few years. Is a decent economy type motel. It is nice staying here as long as I tell the front desk not to have the maid service bother me. Is also convenient to have the mini fridge and microwave I am sure there are nicer places but it is in a decent location. This location used to have a free breakfast but it does not any longer. The restaurant that used to be right next door is no longer open so if you don't have a vehicle it is not very handy. Also my last day there a 1 inch bug walked across the wall opposite my bed. Freaked me out and when I called the front desk, they didn't have any way to deal with it. Luckily it went out the front door. Also the lighting is a little bit dim for my taste.

The rooms are spacious and contained a mini fridge and microwave, which were a plus. However, there were bedbugs in multiple guest rooms, the towels were understocked and when asked for more we received towels with large brown stains. The cleanliness of the shower was also questionable.

Half the Direct TV stations didn’t work!! Saw a crawling bug in bathroom. Bathroom needs some love and attention.

The room had cockroaches

The first night of our stay there were unhoused people outside all night with a food truck horn. Didn’t get any sleep. They were not there the next two nights. But they do get a lot of them staying there due to vouchers being used at that property. I won’t stay at that location again.

Got locked out of our room refused a refund all at 1am and told to not stay there in the morning when I asked for a manager

Very disgusting, dirty and has many cockroaches. I didn't sleep in fear one would crawl on my and checked out 1st thing in the morning even though I paid for 3 nights.

The cost was decent and the bed was at least clean and comfortable. AC worked well and plenty of parking. Plus very conveniently located right off the freeway. Staff was friendly.

Been staying here for 11 years every September for a business trip. 3 rooms, 8 guests. Am annual business trip. The property has become run down. Last year they decreased breakfast to continental. And there was no breakfast at all this year. No coffee makers in the rooms. The floor in our room felt gritty, it was quite dirty. The blanket had a burn hole. Questionable people in the parking lot 24/7. Screaming, car alarms being set off, and police one night. And a homeless person was messing with my husband's trailer . I think we will be looking elsewhere for next year. It used to beanie place. But we no longer feel safe.
